UMusic Hotel Madrid

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol and attractions like the 'Strawberry Tree and Bear' statue. The Royal Palace of Madrid is also only a few hundred meters away. In the early morning, you can enjoy the peaceful square and sunlight all to yourself. The Puerta del Sol metro station is also nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent and varied. Parking is a bit inconvenient since the surrounding area is pedestrian-only, but everything else was great.

The hotel staff offered good service, and the theater show was quite entertaining. However, there was always a sewer smell in the room... I had to open the balcony door for ventilation every time I came back. The room facilities were also very basic; you had to shower in the bathtub, and the bathroom and room were practically in the same space. Breakfast could be ordered à la carte and was decent. The biggest highlight is the incredibly convenient, super central location.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, as it's integrated with a theater. It's right by Puerta del Sol, and the back exit makes it even closer. The entire hotel has a very artistic vibe, the interior environment is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast includes hot, made-to-order dishes, which is quite a good spread. There's also a bar upstairs with great views.

This hotel is incredibly convenient; you can walk to all the nearby attractions. The decor has a theatrical vibe, with red lights illuminating the hallways when there's a show in the evenings, and plenty of playbills on the walls—definitely catch a performance if you can! The room was a bit small but very clean. There's also a great coffee shop just around the corner downstairs. Plus, the rooftop bar with a pool is excellent. Highly recommended!

It feels pretty good, a bit of a novelty. I guess it's the same in most foreign countries.

Everything else was fine, but the internet here is just terrible. Both the Wi-Fi and mobile signal are really bad, I don't understand why.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, but the room is a bit small, especially for a 'boutique' room. The service was also decent. However, as soon as I entered, I wasn't entirely convinced it was a 5-star hotel and even asked the front desk, who confidently confirmed it was.
