Really great, much better than expected, great service, very very nice staff and a really good and clean room.

Great location with many restaurants nearby and close to everything. This was my second time staying here. The staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. They also provide free pick-up and drop-off service. Thank you.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our nearly two-week trip. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tianmen Mountain. The girl at the front desk welcomed us with nice welcome gifts, then accompanied us to our room and explained a few things. While other hotels are reluctant to offer complimentary water bottles, this hotel didn't hesitate at all (thank goodness, it was boiling hot outside!). Daily housekeeping was of a medium-to-high standard. To top it off, they even offered us a complimentary DiDi ride to the train station. I don't know when I'll be back, but this will definitely be my top choice again! Thank you for the hospitality.

This lodging is within a building that houses many small business "boutique hotels" on different levels. I believe we chose well and got the best one. Lucky us. We were welcomed by a very warm lady at the reception who always greeted us cheerfully every day. The room was excellent and always maintained daily with zero fault. We enjoyed our stay here so much and were sad to leave. The only bad thing were the lifts which were slow and always full, but just plan an extra 5 minutes every morning and you'll be fine. Everything provided in the room was thoughtful and cozy, they even have a large bottle of bubble bath, and bath bomb! It's out of our expectations entirely. They also provided makeup remover wipes, wet wipes and other little conveniences that we might use during our stay, or while out exploring, along with bottles of water and snacks. A wonderful coffee cart is available each morning outside the building, a nice man making excellent espresso based coffees from the back of his car. Lots of eateries nearby and also convenience shops and foot reflexology around the corner. This place is walking distance to the entrance for Tianmen Mountain / tianmenshan. We stayed for 3 nights and had the best sleep and rest each night. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing stay, the place is so convient to see tianman mountain as the cable way is really close(300m or so), staff is very nice and the room is good.

Great for couples wanting to be near the cableway. It was literally a 2 minute walk. Also great service and friendly people!

An advantage of the hotel was its proximity to the cable car and the ticket office for Tianmen Mountain. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We received welcome gifts, the staff were helpful, and they drove us to the train station for free after we checked out. What we didn't like was that the hotel was located in an old high-rise building, and the view from our 13th-floor room was of a parking garage under construction.
