I had such a lovely stay here! It’s a shame that I only stayed for one night. I was able to check in early, which was great after an early train ride and was greeted by friendly staff and a welcome package of snacks, toiletries and homemade glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves! It was so thoughtful and kind of them. The location is perfect with the lower cable way station for Tianmen Mountain just a couple minutes walk away. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was perfectly clean and had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The location is just 5 min walk to the tianmenshan cable station. Lots of restaurants around. If you want shopping or big hypermarket, need to take a taxi for about 5 min to shopping street. The room is clean and modern and takes up the whole 13th floor of building. But the lift is quite run down and need to wait quite awhile as there are many hotels in the building

The hotel room was cosy and comfortable, perfect for a stay when visiting Zhangjiajie (especially Tianmen Mountain which is only a 3-minute walk from this hotel). Staff were also very friendly and helpful, even arranging airport/train pickups for us.

Great hotel! Clean with a great location and a massage parlor right next to it. We had the best massage ever there lol. We washed all our clothes there’s and realized there was no dryer whoops! They were so lovely they got us a portable dryer to use in our room. Once you checkout they hold your luggage for you. But just be aware the staff bathroom is a squatty one but very clean. The room bathrooms are western toilets and also clean. Will go back here!

Good location. Right beside the shuttle bus to tianmenshan. Clean and spacious room. They even have freshly made ginger red tea upon request and it is delicious. They do not have mini fridge in the room but you can store your cold drinks at the reception main fridge. Reception is also very polite and helpful. Good value for money. Cab ride about 10 mins to 72 Qiluo. Highly recommended.

close to cable car and good foo options. would recommend for solo travelers as well.
