Zhuhai Hengqin Hotel Indigo

I want to give a huge shout-out to the duty manager on the day we checked in. We had a minor hiccup on our first day when someone from the hotel accidentally knocked on our door at night. We didn't make a big deal out of it, but the duty manager compensated us with free breakfast, and even sent fruit and red wine to our room. To our surprise, they also gave us a little doll and fridge magnets upon check-out. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. Having had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Yantai before, this time didn't disappoint either. We got a room upgrade upon check-in; the room was very new and clean, and the minibar design was quite creative. It is extremely close to the Hengqin Port, and the surrounding environment is also lovely.

A very mediocre hotel. The room was out of conditioner and it wasn't replenished in time. The breakfast coffee was as watery as can be—didn't taste like coffee at all. The breakfast selection was not extensive and tasted just average, and the steamed pork ribs had a distinct freezer-burnt taste.

The accommodation environment is excellent, especially the bed, which was so comfortable I slept soundly all night. The room is spacious and very clean, and the location is great too—just a 10-minute drive to Chimelong. There's really no need to spend over a thousand bucks to stay at Chimelong itself. Plus, it's convenient to drive to the commercial street for meals. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet, which was super cute. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hengqin.

The hotel is very new and uniquely located in the middle of a lake. There are shared bikes available a short walk from the bridge, and shops nearby. Food delivery options are decent. The lake view is beautiful and very peaceful. The staff are friendly and the cleaning is meticulous. The TV offers free aurora borealis viewing. The gym and pool are clean and well-maintained. The hotel breakfast is quite extensive. It's perfect for a staycation.

The room we stayed in offered an open, expansive view of the surrounding lake outside the hotel. It was clean, tidy, and peaceful. The only minor drawback was the indoor swimming pool; an outdoor pool would have allowed us to enjoy the scenery even more. The service attitude was also excellent, with staff proactively asking about the children's needs, which made the overall stay a wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Hengqin! The facilities are fully equipped, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the overall experience was fantastic. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, handled with a warm smile. She clearly explained the breakfast hours and facility locations. Her service felt both professional and heartwarming—not perfunctory at all—with meticulous attention to detail. The lobby environment is elegant and clean, creating a very stylish overall atmosphere. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hengqin!

The hotel is shaped like a giant horizontal zither! Located in the heart of the Guangdong-In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, it is about 1,000 meters away from the Hengqin Port. It's the best choice to experience the development of the Hengqin Special Economic Zone.

This InterContinental property features great design, spacious rooms, and comprehensive amenities. Commuting to the port for business is fairly convenient. Service response times are standard, and the breakfast selection is adequate. The downside is the persistent noise outside the window, which cannot be completely shut out even with the windows closed. If you need a quiet environment to work or like to sleep early, you should keep this in mind.
