Zhuhai Hengqin Hotel Indigo

This new hotel opened near my friend's house, and being an IHG property, it really stands out. Cleanliness and hygiene are a given, but the design is also incredibly tasteful. Plus, they have robot delivery service for meals, which I absolutely loved!

Great experience! Very close to Chimelong. The front desk staff, Luby, even helped us with a late check-out.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a rave review! My flight to Zhuhai was delayed, so I missed the afternoon tea included in my package. I called the hotel, and they kindly extended the time for me to use it. Enjoying afternoon tea at 6 PM was the perfect way to soothe the fatigue and anxiety from being stuck at the airport for so long. The hotel also offered a complimentary double water bike, which was a great way to take in the full view of the hotel from the water. A special thank you to the hotel for finding and informing me about my lost Chanel watch. Without their genuine service, this trip could have ended in a huge loss! I'm so grateful! Next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this reliable place to stay again!

I originally booked a 2-night package and ended up extending my stay for another night because it was just so good! The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent! It's a landmark building in Hengqin; it looks absolutely stunning and magnificent from a distance!

The hotel upgraded us for free, and compared to the same room type in their boutique section, this one not only had a big bathtub, but I was even more pleased with the brighter color scheme and layout. Because it lacked the dark wood paneling, the room had very little renovation smell, which was mostly acceptable. Aside from the toilet being a bit loud, everything else was very pleasant. We ended up extending our stay in this room for three more days.

Everything about this hotel was great! Huge thanks to the front desk for the upgrade, the kids had an amazing time. The 88 yuan breakfast special was fantastic value. The kids are already saying they want to stay here again next time we're in Hengqin!!

The soundproofing was absolutely terrible, practically nonexistent. I was woken up at 9 AM by noisy neighbors for over an hour, and I could even hear their shower running clearly. I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The hygiene was also subpar. On top of that, there was a strong formaldehyde smell that made my throat hurt, and I ended up with a fever that night.
