Ascott Central Wuxi

I booked a family room at the Ascott Riverside Garden City in Wuxi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the commercial district, making it easy to get around. There are also many reputable local restaurants within a ten-minute walk. The last time I stayed here was three years ago during my child's summer vacation, and I was very impressed. I'm still just as satisfied this time. The service is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast spread is ample. What I value most is the washer-dryer provided by the Ascott brand – it's an absolute lifesaver when traveling with kids. The 8th-floor pool is a bit small, but it's clean and heated. The men's changing room is next to the elevator, which might be a bit tricky to find for first-time visitors.

The hotel room was on a high floor, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the night cityscape. I got to enjoy the scenery in both sunshine and rain, experiencing two different sides of its beauty. The room was spacious and well-equipped. This hotel definitely deserves to be on the 'red list'!

Extremely satisfied! After experiencing a serviced apartment, I don't think I'll ever want to stay in a regular hotel again. The breakfast was also excellent and varied, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's convenient for getting everywhere. Highly recommend a stay here!

This is the second time I've booked this hotel for a friend, and the overall experience was still very satisfying. The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, the facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the living comfort is very high. The breakfast selection is rich and the taste is also great. We chose this hotel in Wuxi for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and it was a great experience. The room was very spacious and even had a kitchen. The main highlight was definitely the view; you can see all of Wuxi from the Yunfu Building! 😊 The service was also excellent, and they even prepared small gifts for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

This hotel's designer must have a profound misunderstanding of human beings. Here are a few examples: Exiting the elevator, I looked around for the room number signs, but couldn't find them. Then, I leaned closer and saw an exemplary 'energy-saving' notice... What would it hurt to install a light to help guests out? The bathroom doesn't even have an outlet for a hairdryer! The design actually expects you to blow dry your hair in the bedroom!! Is this designer *******? If not, then won't hair inevitably fall onto the bed? I ended up blow-drying my hair in the kitchen. Both bedside lamps can only be turned on and off together. Which couple always goes to bed and wakes up at the exact same time? ...It's truly beyond words, even three times the words wouldn't suffice. I can't even begin to express it all. On the other hand, the staff's service was excellent; that definitely deserves praise. Thank you!

The hotel is located in San Yang Plaza, right in the city center. It's only two stops from the train station, making it super convenient for visiting attractions or shopping at nearby malls. We booked a family suite, and the environment was lovely, and the service was excellent! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wuxi.
