Shangri La Zhu Cheng International Hotel (Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

The room was quite clean, and we were even upgraded to the highest category. It was very clean overall, and the facilities felt quite new. There's nothing around at all, so it was very quiet. The next day we went to Napahai, and the scenery was amazing. The downside is that there really is nothing around—not even a single restaurant, which is extremely inconvenient. Also, the air purifier filter in the room was expired and unusable; turning it on actually triggered my nose allergies. With mugwort weeds all around, it's really not friendly for allergy sufferers. We stayed just one night and left.

The room is cozy, spacious, and spotlessly clean, making it ideal for vacations and trips. It is conveniently close to both tourist attractions and the high-speed railway station. Any requests were promptly handled by the front desk, and their service was exceptionally attentive.

A really great hotel! It's clean, hygienic, and the environment is lovely. It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was decent too. It's much more comfortable than staying inside the old town itself. I stayed for two nights and it was definitely worth choosing.

The hot water in the room was abundant, making for a very comfortable shower. The bedding was made of high-quality materials, so it was pleasant to sleep on, and the thick duvet kept me warm. The location is quite close to Dukezong Ancient City and the People's Hospital, which was convenient when I experienced altitude sickness at night and needed to go to the hospital. It was easy to find, right by the road, and had its own parking lot.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the hygiene was good. The hotel's location was easy to find, and parking was convenient. The service was excellent; they even upgraded us and gave us breakfast vouchers. It's incredibly good value for money, definitely the top choice at this price point. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very close to the ancient city. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and even gave us a free upgrade. The room was spacious with complete and smart facilities, and it was clean and tidy. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. They also have freshly ground Yunnan small-grain coffee in the lobby. I suggest offering more variety for breakfast, and making the milk and soy milk a bit richer. The noodles seemed like instant ones; it would be great if they could be replaced with proper noodles. I hope everyone gets a chance to stay here!

It was convenient to drive, and quiet for the elderly. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. It's a bit of a shame that the triple room didn't have oxygen facilities, but none of us experienced altitude sickness. The front desk staff and the restaurant waiter were very polite, which is commendable! 👍
