Such a high-class hotel! The service was excellent, and it was super clean with a great view. The ancient city is nearby, so you can walk or take a taxi. The facilities are comprehensive. Location: Within walking distance of the old town. Amenities: The front desk staff was incredibly kind and provided us with an oxygen concentrator when they saw we were suffering from altitude sickness. Cleanliness: Very clean, and disposable toilet seat covers were provided. Service: They proactively reminded us to add more layers at night because of the strong winds.

The room was spotless and very spacious, making for a really comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I'm really happy with this hotel. If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. Plus, parking was super convenient.

I suggest the hotel updates its facilities to ensure that all guests can use oxygen simultaneously to prevent altitude sickness.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were brand new and very quiet. The service was exceptional; they even brought a humidifier to my room without me asking. There are two parking lots, so parking was a breeze. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

The room was warm, spacious, and bright. A big thank you to the kind and helpful young man at the front desk; my child suffered from altitude sickness in the middle of the night, and he provided glucose and oxygen. I truly appreciate it again and highly recommend everyone stay here. It's about 1 km from the East Gate of the old town, but the only drawback is the lack of nearby dining options. Everything else was excellent. Shangri-La is a must-visit, absolutely beautiful! And I recommend this hotel when you come; I was very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness and facilities. The environment was especially comfortable with great natural light! For the Chinese New Year holiday, the room rate was also very reasonable. I look forward to booking with Chenghui Hotel again for my next business trip!

A new hotel right outside the ancient city. It's very new! The room facilities are excellent as well. The front desk staff (a young man) overheard us saying we overslept and missed breakfast, and he proactively offered to refund the breakfast fee through Ctrip. Extremely satisfied.

The hotel is brand new, with clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Each room comes with an oxygen concentrator, and there's a laundry room available. The shower water pressure is great, and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, there's a private parking lot which is very convenient. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel even gave out prayer wheel pendants as gifts.
