The Westin Haikou

Because my flight was late, I arrived quite late, but the service was still excellent! The young lady at the breakfast entrance greeted me very kindly. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the ingredients were very fresh, too~ The taste was also great! The room was quite clean. Although the hotel opened in 2021, the decor is a bit old-fashioned, and the color scheme is a little dark... It would be even more thoughtful to add an extra tissue box in the room~ Dialing 0 connects you to an AI automated response, which didn't feel as personal as a human touch~ Finally, during checkout, Ms. Wu Huijie was incredibly nice and thoughtful.

The 5th-floor pool alone makes it worth it. It has the best view from a large terrace, a must-visit spot for photos. Although the facilities are a bit old, the spaciousness is a real plus and doesn't detract from the overall grand atmosphere.

Jenny's service was very thoughtful, and she also made sure my family was well taken care of later. The check-in experience was pretty good~

The service was excellent. Our butler, Jenny, contacted us in advance and gave us information about the surrounding area. She also gave us some local specialties and a small gift. The hotel pool is highly recommended, and the location is great.

The room was quite clean, and the floor location was good, offering views of the river and Century Bridge. It's a short taxi ride or a walk to Qilou Old Street. Breakfast was also good.

Traveling to Hainan with friends, we chose the Haikou Westin for our last stop. The hotel lobby is luxurious, the room was clean and well-designed, with a walk-in closet and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Our butler, Jenny, provided excellent service. She added me on WeChat in advance and sent me a schedule for Haikou's tourist attractions and the duty-free shuttle bus. The hotel also offers exclusive discounts for the duty-free shop, and it's convenient to get around from here. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
