They proactively prepared a detailed map and directions for us. What was even more touching was that they specifically arranged a quiet and comfortable room and thoughtfully introduced us to the hotel's facilities. The shuttle service to Tangshan Music Valley was also excellent. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, I was in town for a Hua Chenyu concert. I checked out nearby hotels and found Voco to be very reasonably priced and a great value, so I immediately booked a room. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; they even arranged shuttle buses specifically for concert-goers, with several time slots available. The front desk service was excellent, and the photography service was also great – they even came out to help take pictures despite the heavy rain 📷

Facilities: I have to say, this place isn't suitable for private hot springs right now. There are so many mosquitoes! The hotel didn't provide any mosquito repellent facilities or services, which was really disappointing. Given its location, they should have considered this! The private hot spring pool also had some algae, which made it uncomfortable to look at, even after the staff cleaned it. Environment: The view outside the room was quite lovely and very peaceful, with good privacy.

A very satisfying stay! The staff were all gentle and polite. The front desk lady was super friendly and even gave us complimentary breakfast. The private hot spring in the room was so comfortable, and any requests we had were handled promptly. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's courtyard was beautiful. Plus, it's pet-friendly, and the two little dogs were adorable. I'd definitely consider staying at voco again next time!

The hotel has its own adorable pet mascots, Cookie and Danjuan, two super soft and cuddly dogs that are a joy to pet! The front desk service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for the Hua Chenyu concert. Although it's a bit far from Tangshan Music Valley, the hotel provided a round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. Miss Fox from the hotel even called me before check-in and added me to a concert shuttle group. Because it rained the next day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared raincoats for everyone, and even hot congee when we returned in the evening. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The hotel environment is also great, right next to the Garden Expo Park, making it perfect for family holidays with beautiful scenery. The breakfast options weren't extensive, but the taste was decent. If you're coming for the hot springs, I'd recommend booking a private bath, as the public ones are quite average. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.

The plants in the room tend to attract a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, so they need to be treated promptly, or mosquito repellent devices should be provided near the outdoor hot tub and inside the rooms, especially concerning bedding hygiene, which is a basic standard for any hotel. Overall, the staff's service was impeccable. We even got a room upgrade, which was a nice touch, and you responded promptly to issues, which is commendable. Because if you define your hotel by a certain standard, you need to meet it. I just want to say that customers who are willing to pay thousands for a room expect a certain level of experience, and you need to live up to that price. I'm giving this a fair review, with room for improvement.

As a Trip.com Black Diamond member who spends a six-figure sum on hotels annually, this is my first-ever negative review. First, to get from the parking lot to the lobby, you have to walk through a long outdoor corridor; there's no direct access. It was raining that day, so checking in was quite a struggle. Second, the hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online – a classic 'what you ordered vs. what you got' scenario. My son even thought we were staying in an economy hotel because the room was so small. And seriously, the toilet wasn't even in a separate cubicle; it was just sitting right next to the vanity. Third, for a hot spring hotel, the spring water was barely 40 degrees Celsius. Who wants to freeze to death in an outdoor hot spring in winter? I stayed at four hot spring hotels in January, and this one had the worst hot springs by far. Fourth, and the biggest complaint, the restaurant food was absolutely dreadful. It wasn't distinctly Chinese or Western, and calling it 'innovative cuisine' is an insult to innovation itself. If it's Western food, who serves the cream soup after the meal? If it's Chinese food, the beef was so tough even my dog wouldn't eat it! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
