The hotel's location is convenient, right within George Town Heritage Zone. Most of Penang's attractions, restaurants, and hawker stalls are within walking distance, but the weather was too hot to stay out for long. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the soundproofing is average. Free parking is available at the hotel entrance.

Excellent value hotel. Location just outside main Chulia street and virtually noise free. Extremely clean room with very hot shower and cold air condition. Parking space available for about 10-12 cars. Deposit required and collected in cash only, the only inconvenience I faced during stay.

The location is in the Campbell Street which makes it a very convenient location for us to walk around in the Georgetown. You can get great restaurant and street food all within walking distance. We booked a family room with 2 double beds. The room is small but it is clean. The bathroom is also small but clean. The water flow in the bathroom is good and it dries up very fast. The air conditioner is powerful. One thing that I would like to suggest is to have a handheld shower head as currently there is only 1 rain shower head. If you do not want to get your hair wet when you take the shower, you need to wear a shower cap (which are provided in the room). There is only 2 power points in the room. The hotel provides limited car parks for their customers. The guard is helpful helping us to park our car.

Is a very convenient hotel located at a strategic place. The room is small, but with the price, I think is good enough for us to just shower, sleep. As we are out whole day to explore the city. The shower is strong too.
