Courtyard Boston Copley Square

Service and staff were wonderful however the hotel is hard to find! The sign is small and gps can’t locate it.

Room was 77 degrees after turning the thermostat down to 65. Toilet was running all night.

Very clean room and roomy as well. It's pretty basic, no frills but the location can't be beat. It's a 2 minute walk in either direction to Boylston St or the Copley Mall.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean and staff always greeted with a smile. Only thing on a Saturday night noisy streets.

Be aware of this scam of a hotel. I was charged $250 for a smoking fee when no one smoked in the hotel room. God forbid people are respectful. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. Filthy old shower. Gross. Terrible valet service. Staff is rude and condescinding. VERY EXPENSIVE for what I got.

The hotel was centrally, located with spacious rooms and clean. The area is very walkable with endless shopping and dining options.

Upon checkin the front desk person led us to believe we were getting an upgrade to a larger room with a great view. When we reached our room we discovered it was a handicap room. We were very angry and when we called down to the front desk they brushed it off with you got the last room we are sold out. We had made these reservations 3 months ago thru *******. Reported to ******* when they texted how’s your room. Response from ******* we’ll inform the property. Didn’t happen dupped by Marriott and Expedia……BEWARE..

Like family We were there to go to a game at Fenway and to see the many historical sights. The team at the Courtyard were amazing. Became like family. And took such good care of us. As someone with a handicap it was truly appreciated.
