We chose the family room, which had four single beds and a small kitchen. The bathroom and toilet were separate, with a wet/dry design. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was only an 8-minute walk to Ameya-Yokochō, making the location very convenient.

This hotel offers a great variety of room types, making it perfect for family trips. Our room had two single beds and two tatami mats, a small kitchen, and a living room. The separate toilet and bathroom were very convenient. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the fridge, freezer, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. There's also a coin-operated laundry facility downstairs. The location is a transport hub, and you can easily walk to Ameyokocho and the 0101 department store. It's only a 5-10 minute walk from Ueno Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious with excellent amenities. They even had items available for loan, like a hair curler. However, I'd suggest improving the extra bedding (mattress and blanket) that was stored in the closet; it was very dusty.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were warm and polite. The room was quite spacious for Japan. It's also conveniently located near Ameya-Yokochō, making it a great choice for a Tokyo trip.

This hotel is like an apartment, and the cleanliness is good. However, it's a bit of a struggle to get there from the station with a lot of luggage as there's no elevator. If you want to use an elevator, you have to walk a bit further. The service is decent, but the facilities are quite basic. They do have laundry facilities, and it's a good choice if you're looking to cook your own meals.
