Steer clear of this hotel! Major safety hazards and the management is cold, arrogant, and takes no responsibility. We originally came here for a family birthday vacation, which was completely ruined by the hotel's dereliction of duty. During windy weather, staff failed to promptly secure or reinforce the parasols by the pool, and there were no safety warnings whatsoever. A parasol was blown over and slammed directly onto my elderly family member's head. We rushed to the hospital immediately. After returning home, my elder has suffered from continuous headaches, requiring repeated scans and rest, causing severe physical and mental trauma. Only the front desk staff helped with transport to the hospital that day. After the accident, management showed no genuine concern, zero follow-up after checkout, no formal apology, ignored our reasonable compensation requests, and pretended the injury incident never happened. We tried to get Ctrip to help us hold them accountable, but according to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel's response was also delayed, perfunctory, and uncooperative. Fortunately, we have already filed a police report in Thailand and will simultaneously complain to the Thai Tourism Authority, consumer associations, and other relevant agencies. We have retained all medical evidence and reserve all legal means to protect our rights. If you're traveling with family, absolutely do not choose this place. There are many reliable hotels on the island; don't risk your and your family's safety!

This hotel is truly lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and I can genuinely recommend it. The location is a bit secluded, as the area is more of a party spot known for its Full Moon parties. When there isn't one, the place feels like a ghost town, and so does the hotel. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet, it's perfect. The service is exceptionally friendly and reliable. You have to keep in mind that there are tides, meaning the sea is shallow at certain times and you generally can't really swim. But the beach right outside is beautiful and unique.

The hotel is in a good location with its own private beach. It's very well-maintained. We stayed in a villa with mountain and sea views, featuring our own outdoor jacuzzi and patio. They offer a car service to a nearby beach, and you can call reception to arrange a pick-up back to the hotel. We were there during a full moon party – an interesting event! If we're ever back on Koh Phangan, we'll definitely stay here again. However, on Koh Phangan, there isn't much to do staying at one hotel for more than 3-4 days. You need to explore different beaches around the island. Our stay was short, and we didn't have enough time...

We booked a villa with a private pool for 3 nights, and it was the best decision ever! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Initially, the jacuzzi wasn't working, but we called reception, and they had someone fix it within 5 minutes. The pool was always sparkling clean, even though stuff was constantly falling from the trees – we still don't know how they managed to keep it so pristine. The breakfasts were delicious, and the beach had beautiful white sand. It was also my birthday during our stay, and the hotel first congratulated me at breakfast, then surprised me by decorating our villa! It was so touching and sweet – that's real attentiveness and care for guests! I wish the hotel all the best and continued success!

The hotel is located right on the beachfront. When the tide is in, swimming in the sea is perfectly fine. The sand is soft. The hotel has been recently renovated. The plumbing is good, and there's excellent water pressure. Housekeeping is available on request. Every day, they provide two bottles of water and fresh towels. There's a large, nice swimming pool, and separate towels are provided for the pool. Breakfast is served from 8-10 AM, with a diverse menu. There's also a great bar next to the pool where you can order food or cocktails.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, convenient location, and everything you need on-site. The beautiful pool overlooks the shore, and they'll pick you up from your villa in a car. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is newly renovated. We stayed in a detached bungalow. The room had a kettle, tea, and coffee, and a safe. The bungalow also had a small veranda where you could sit and dry clothes. There's a good swimming pool, and next to it, an area where you can eat and have cocktails. The beach is nice but shallow. It's on the sunset side, so you can watch beautiful sunsets. Breakfast is a buffet.

I really liked this hotel. Everything was clean and new.
