Tokyu Stay Ginza

The place is near to train station and conbini. The receptionist very kind to order us taxi. Although no water bottle available in the room but the ptovide water dispenser on each level. Coffee is compliment in the lobby for hotel guest.

Great location next to Kabukiza and Higashi Ginza metro station. My room was small but standard size for hotels in central Tokyo. Staff are very friendly and polite and some speak great English too. There are a few convenient stores nearby. The washing machine in the room is extremely helpful.

Cons: the carpet needs to be deep cleaned. Toilet has a urine smell. Front desk staffs were not very friendly. Most of the time, only one lift is working so we had to wait for a while to go up/down. Pros: best location. Room comes with washing machine, dryer, induction cooker and microwave which came in super handy.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is only about a 3-minute walk from Exit A8 of Higashi-Ginza station. Within a 3-minute radius, there are two convenience stores and a Yoshinoya, all open 24 hours a day. Most of the shopping malls in Ginza are also within an easy 5 to 10-minute walking distance. The hotel provides an excellent range of complimentary amenities in the lobby. You can pick up combs, shower caps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a full set of skincare products (make-up remover, facial cleanser, toner, and moisturiser). They also thoughtfully provide a luggage scale, free umbrellas, and complimentary coffee for guests. My room was equipped with a washing machine and laundry detergent, as well as a fridge and a microwave, which was incredibly convenient. Being able to put a wash on after returning to the hotel on a summer night and having the clothes dry by the next morning was brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel. Despite being in such a convenient location, it was also exceptionally quiet!
