ARULA Youngor Central Hotel

The room and hotel environment were great, and being close to Guanqian Street, we could even watch the sunrise, haha. The only downside was that the hotel arranged a room for us facing the street. While that's usually a plus, we had elderly people and children with us, and there was a music bar downstairs that played loud music late into the night. We didn't get much sleep because of it. Other than that, everything was pretty good. If I get the chance to visit Suzhou again, I'd still choose this place.

The hotel service was excellent. When my neighbors were being loud in the middle of the night, they immediately moved me to another room and even upgraded it. Many thanks to the hotel staff. The hotel is located on Guanqian Street, which makes getting around very convenient.

The room is spacious with good lighting, and the wet and dry areas are separate. The public areas are also roomy, and they even offer a free Suzhou-style qipao experience. The location is excellent, right next to Guanqian Street night market with plenty of choices, which is very convenient. The self-service laundry is practical and very clean.

This hotel is pretty good, located just a stone's throw from Guanqian Street, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for exploring and dining. The first two floors of the hotel house the Youngor shopping mall, while the third floor is where the main reception is located. Next to the front desk, there's a rather spacious lounge area. On the other side, you'll also find two washing machines (with dryers) available for use. The hotel has an underground parking lot, and foreign vehicles are no longer restricted in Suzhou city center, so you can drive right in. It's a shame though, I'm not sure why, but the Starbucks on the hotel's first floor has closed down, which is a bit of a pity.

Went to Suzhou with friends for a get-together and drinks. Stayed for one night. The facilities were complete, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. I'd definitely go again. The hygiene was good, the environment was elegant, and there's free parking. It's also very close to Pingjiang Road.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Guanqian Street, making it super convenient for shopping and a short walk to Pingjiang Road. Dining options are plentiful and easily accessible. The service was also great; they provided all the baby facilities we requested. As a family, we were even upgraded to a better room, which we're very grateful for. It made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The room decor and facilities looked quite new, with no issues whatsoever. Next time we visit Suzhou, we'll definitely choose this hotel again.
