Excellent location with many attractions and restaurants nearby.Staffs are very helpful and responsive. Special thanks to hotel staffs, Ella Guan and her supervisor, for being very helpful and make our stay at the hotel very pleasant. The daily room cleanings were perfect.

房間小，空中花園小，隔音不夠好，乾淨衞生無異味，WIFI信號好，電視頻道多。
早餐不豐富，標價88但感覺不值。
交通方便，離某些景點較近，吃了飯沒事幹步行可達。

櫃枱服務員非常友善、有禮，對待每位住客都十分周到，還貼心地幫我們免費升級了房間。入住前，我們在等候區欣賞了一場免費的彈唱表演，表演非常精彩👍。這裏還提供免費的洗衣和烘乾服務。我們的厚衣服沒完全烘乾，打掃房間的阿姨還細心地幫我們收拾並掛起來晾乾，真的很貼心！
地點就在觀前街，周圍有非常多的美食，距離地鐵站也很近。旁邊就有便利店，樓下還有星巴克咖啡店。走路就能到平江路和拙政園，地理位置非常方便！
