Hey management, wasn't the showerhead holder installed upside down? It's impossible to place the showerhead on the bracket to take a shower, so you have to hold it with one hand, which makes washing your hair quite difficult. Has really no one noticed this issue? Also, regarding the large mirror—is it supposed to be a dressing mirror? Wouldn't it be better to place it full-length against the wall by the bathroom? A full-length mirror that lets you see your whole body—what's the point of mounting it all the way up to the ceiling so it only reflects the top half of your body? Such a waste of a nice big mirror.

It was okay, better than expected. I can't really comment on the service since both check-in and check-out were done via self-service machines, which was quite convenient. It seems like the front desk is only staffed during the day. A quick tip: when entering your name, remember to put a space after your last name before your first name. We didn't know this and tried several times before a kind lady helped us out. Most of the people we encountered at the hotel were Chinese, so no worries there. My friend and I both thought the facilities and environment were decent. The bathroom was a bit small, but it wasn't an issue. We booked a family room, and it was quite spacious, with plenty of room for two suitcases. There weren't many power outlets in the room, and they weren't near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Definitely bring a universal adapter. Check-in and check-out times are different from what we're used to back home (later check-in, earlier check-out). You can store luggage in the lobby, but there were indeed cockroaches; one even ran onto the bed. The room comes with insecticide, so it's best to spray it when you first arrive. We didn't know and only sprayed after we saw one, but we didn't see any more after that. I think it's pretty normal; you get what you pay for. The main thing is the convenience – there's a bus stop and a CU convenience store right outside, making it close to everything. The value for money is really good. This is a genuine stay experience. This hotel really exceeded my expectations, especially for the price – it was definitely worth it and much better than the hotel I stayed at in Jeju City. Let me highlight the location: there are many bus lines right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. From the airport, you can take buses 182 or 181, which have space for luggage, to reach the hotel. When I arrived, I wasn't quite sure, so I took bus 600 and got off at Seogwipo World Cup Stadium (Seogwi-po Segyegeop Teong Park), which also works, but that bus is a bit more expensive. Seogwipo city center isn't very big; getting to restaurants and the Olle Market is very close, just a short walk away. The front desk service was good; simple English was sufficient. I stayed on the tenth floor and loved watching the sunrise from my room every day. The facilities are quite new, and it was a very comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel because I had a late flight. It's very close to the airport, and my family only stayed for about three hours before heading off. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, BBQ restaurants, and all kinds of eateries, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It’s also a short taxi ride to the airport, saving time and effort for transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with meticulous hygiene. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the basic amenities were available. The Wi-Fi speed was stable, and the room space was generous, providing a high level of comfort. They support self-check-in and check-out, with a simple and efficient process. Communication was smooth, and there was a Chinese-speaking customer service representative available for inquiries, so there were no language barriers. Service responses were prompt and thoughtful. Everything you need for dining, drinking, entertainment, and shopping is all in one place. It's perfect whether you're looking for a leisurely shopping trip or a short excursion. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jeju Island and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is great, just a 30-minute walk from the airport. The room hygiene was good, but the facilities were old and didn't feel very upscale. I liked that there was free ice available downstairs!
