The Peninsula Tokyo

The hotel has a great location. It's a bit old, but clean, and the breakfast is average. Unfortunately, the waiters don't understand English very well.

The hotel has a certain vintage charm, but it's clear that the facilities are exceptionally well-maintained and retain a classic, timeless appeal—true to the signature Peninsula style. I was delighted to receive welcome treats and a birthday cake. A truly wonderful stay!

The Peninsula Hotel truly offers top-notch service and room quality. I had breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner here. By chance, I also witnessed a wedding procession in the morning, which absolutely stunned me with the sight of multiple luxury cars worth tens of millions. It's safe to say that anyone holding a wedding here must be incredibly wealthy and distinguished.

Extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, and the service was top-notch. They didn't charge extra for the additional bed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan. Full marks!

Convenient location. Although the hotel is a bit old, all the staff are very warm and provide excellent service. The blankets and slippers are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. I would definitely stay here again, ten out of ten recommend!

Facing the Imperial Palace, this elegant and sophisticated hotel was a wonderful part of my stay in Tokyo. Both the service and the room were impeccable. Room service is available for breakfast, and I highly recommend the Japanese breakfast!

Overall, the service was good, though the view from my room wasn't the best. The complimentary snacks were delicious, and the hotel's location is super convenient, being within walking distance to Yurakucho and Ginza.

I had anticipated the hotel might be a bit dated, so I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in. I actually think it's much better than the Peninsula Hong Kong, and it offers more spacious rooms compared to other hotels in Tokyo at a similar price point. Its location at Hibiya Station is fantastic, making it easy to walk to Lumine, Hankyu, Ginza, and more.

The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line downstairs and the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace right next door. Shopping in Ginza is super convenient. The room is also very spacious and luxurious, featuring a walk-in closet that is large and practical. The service is even more exceptional; from check-in to check-out, guests are made to feel truly welcomed and cared for. This hotel has easily been one of the biggest pleasant surprises of my recent stays.
