The boutique hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions, although there is a lot of traffic. The deluxe room has a contemporary style with Asian touches. Our first room was close to the street, so we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. After talking to the front desk, we were moved to a quiet room, which made the rest of our stay wonderful. I tried their massage, which was very relaxing. I totally recommend it! Overall, the staff was attentive and very friendly, always ready to help and offer recommendations.

Fantastic place to stay for a first trip to Hanoi!
Excellent staff service - my flight arrived in the middle of the night, after city flooding, so no Grab transport from the airport, only extortionate prices from fake Grab drivers. The hotel promptly arranged driver for me. Really appreciated, given the very late time of night and being a solo female traveller.
Hotel was spotless. Excellent breakfast, with lovely views of city rooftops!
Great location, countless coffee shops, close to city bus tour pick up too!
Good/quiet night's sleep, despite being in centre.
Would stay again!!

Finding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

Had to make a very last minute booking with one extra bed but La Siesta received us promptly and beautifully.
Staffs are extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure we are well attended. Upgraded our room to one with a massive balcony and lovely view of the Old Quarters. Room was wonderful, very spacious, clean, modern and comfy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and with abundant choices, you can even get a nice rooftop outdoor seat if you want.
Loved the stay and 100% recommend.

Glad to have chosen la siesta hang trung among the hundrrds of hotels in hanoi. Location was close to shops and restaurants yet away from the big crowds. Front desk and door assistants were readily available to assist. Red bean staff were the best. I enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Tram nguyen is a gem so as rhe rest of the crew (all of them). Both the junior suite and owner's suite are remarkable! See you soon!!!

There is nothing but good thing to say about the hotel. Excellent location , walking distance to all the shopping areas and good food. Service was impeccable from the concierge to door staff. Tu, even helped to walk us to follow up with grab driver ensuring that the car comes on time , slight hiccups but he helped to book another grab and walk us to the Main Street to take our grab ensuring that we are outa the infamous Vietnam traffic so as to catch the train on time. Thumbs up to the team of La sista Hang Thung.

The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere by the hotel staffs made my first time experience in Hanoi a great one. The hotel room and location is great. Really appreciate the breakfast that was packed for us when we had to catch our early morning flight during check out. Will definitely revisit again, highly recommend!
