Chimelong Spaceship Hotel

This stay was to celebrate my son's 6th birthday! I had arranged the birthday decorations with the hotel in advance, and they even upgraded our room to a Moon Explorer room when we checked in, which we really appreciated. The birthday decorations were very thoughtful and my little one loved them! We also received a birthday gift, a puzzle! When checking in, we wrote a letter to 'Grandpa Space' and were very lucky to be chosen as 'Interstellar Adventurers' (limited to 20 per day), receiving a blind box gift (those items in the bottom right corner are them). In the evening, we even went to the hotel's third floor to catch the Ocean World fireworks show! The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the theme park, which is super convenient! The ladies at the guest services center were also very nice, very responsive to all our requests, thumbs up!

The hotel's service and safety awareness need significant improvement. My child was hit by an elevator barrier (there were inexplicably many steel posts, over a meter high, at the elevator exit, twice the height of airport barriers), which poses a huge safety hazard. If it had hit their eye, it could have been disastrous! The first time I found a staff member, they just provided an ice pack... there wasn't even a hint of an apology. The second time I spoke to the manager, after a brief explanation of the situation, I could tell their attitude was also quite perfunctory. I'm quite disappointed with Chimelong Zhuhai. 😔😔😔😔😔😔

This was my first time staying at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel, and the facilities were absolutely top-notch. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. I definitely want to stay here again next time! A key reason I chose this hotel was its convenient transportation. There's a free shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Theatre that runs every ten minutes or so, and you can catch it right outside the hotel entrance – no need to figure out directions yourself. The room was spacious, and the children's bed even had a safety railing. The room amenities were very complete; they thoughtfully provided special kids' toothbrushes and slippers at the vanity. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the room also came with a mini-fridge. The TV offered Chimelong's own programs, showing great attention to detail. It's super convenient if you want to visit Macau, as the nearby Hengqin Port and Qingmao Port offer 24-hour customs clearance, so you can pop over anytime. The hotel also has an urban airport terminal where you can check in and drop off your luggage for flights, saving a lot of time. If you're driving, the parking lot is huge, and guests get free parking. There are also 78 charging stations, making it easy for new energy vehicles to charge, and even European standard charging piles specifically for Hong Kong and Macau cars – no worries about getting around at all! Breakfast was quite varied, and parking was convenient! The room was very large and comfortable. Considering the price included tickets, it was an amazing value. The environment is excellent, and it's super close to Spaceship Park, Ocean Kingdom, and the Chimelong Show. It's also very convenient for watching the evening fireworks display. The service staff were incredibly enthusiastic, the room was big, and the facilities were complete – thumbs up! Whether it's the hardware facilities or the service details, Chimelong Spaceship Hotel is impeccable. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chimelong and highly recommend it to friends!

Chimelong Spaceship Park is absolutely worth a visit! It's an indoor park, so you don't have to worry about the weather, and it's packed with sci-fi and ocean themes. The裸眼3D Star Trek experience feels incredibly immersive. The killer whale interaction in 'Whale-mazing Universe' is super therapeutic, and the 180° circular projection showing the 'Whale Fall' spectacle is breathtaking. The 'City of Sea and Sky' parade creates an amazing atmosphere, and the 'Mars Base' offers fantastic photo opportunities. There are also kid-friendly rides where you can learn science while having fun. You can easily spend a whole day here and still not get enough. It's a no-brainer for a family trip!

The room was spacious and bright with great lighting. It was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and even had adorable, thoughtfully prepared toiletries for children. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bedding was both cute and comfortable, with little slippers and bathrobes provided. The check-in and housekeeping services were exceptionally good and very satisfying, with excellent hygiene. The spaceship theme was consistently present, from the room wallpaper to the children's toiletries and mouthwash cups, delighting the kids with every detail. The dining options were extensive, offering exquisite and authentic cuisine, and the buffet had a wide variety of dishes, offering great value for money. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, including electric car charging stations, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel's location is also superb, very close to all of Chimelong's parks. They even provide a free shuttle bus service to and from the parks, with reasonable departure times and clear signage, so there's no need to worry about missing it. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. I will definitely be back to stay again!
