Stayed here with my child. The location is great, less than 2 km walk to Merlion Park, and just over 3 km to Vivocity. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the room was quite spacious. All the toiletries were from L'Occitane.

It's been over two years since my last stay, and everything is still just as convenient. The green metro line takes you directly to the hotel, and the elevator goes straight to the lobby. This time I spent Christmas alone, which allowed me to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The breakfast pretty much caters to all tastes, and the restaurant is well-spaced, so it never feels crowded. Even during peak breakfast hours, you don't have to wait for a table. There's a Booster bar on B2, which is great for a drink after a long day of shopping.

An overall excellent stay. The service was perfect from start to finish — all the staff were professional, friendly, and well-presented, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. A great five-star hotel experience in Singapore, highly recommended.

The room size was decent. However, being right next to the elevator, it was quite noisy. The room's facilities felt a bit outdated. The view from the room was okay, looking out onto the street. I didn't see any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.
