Check in was easy and it was luxurious even the hotel was built since 2017. It gave feel of classic European and Western decor. Everything was great and literally few steps to the Metro 2 Line Exit 2 of Workers’ Palace Station. Personally a big thanks to the lobby manager and his staff for his great help in assisting customer service to get back my mobile from cab. Without them, the chance was slim and difficult. Once again, real thanks and I do had a very pleasant stay with New Paris Hotel Harbin. ❤️

The hotel was alright. It had some older features, but they still worked. It seems like it used to be a real 5-star hotel, though there are a few areas where it could use some updates. The location was fantastic, right by the subway station.

After staying for two nights previously, I chose New Paris again because the location is super convenient for getting anywhere, right next to the subway station. The front desk staff (a young man) was very friendly and even gave me extra breakfast coupons for two and afternoon tea vouchers, which was so thoughtful!
