Great location with easy access to transport, delicious and varied breakfast, and excellent service. They even offer a complimentary afternoon tea every day! On-site parking is convenient, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, bright, and very clean. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

This hotel is easy to find, and getting around by taxi or subway is very convenient. The lobby looks grand and impressive, and the room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there's a wide variety of options for breakfast. It's a reliable, well-established hotel with impeccable service and a great price. You can't go wrong choosing this place for your stay!

The thoughtful service at the lobby bar instantly uplifted my spirits upon arrival; it was such a delightful welcome. The afternoon tea was incredibly exquisite – almost too beautiful to eat! It was perfectly sweet without being cloying, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. What truly impressed me was the hotel's extensive facilities; from the gym to the meticulous room details, everything was flawless. I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel once I checked in!

The entire hotel is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is definitely my top choice for a hotel when visiting Harbin!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. They offer a wide variety of beverages and alcoholic drinks, and I really appreciated the convenient charging outlets and comfy sofa areas – it really set a great mood. What impressed me most was the lobby bar service; the staff were so attentive, speaking softly and responding super quickly. It felt wonderful to be so well looked after. I'll definitely be back to relax here again next time!

The hotel parking is convenient, rooms are clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure is good. Breakfast is plentiful, and the wraps are delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. However, the hotel doesn't have a laundry room, which I hope they will improve.

Extended checkout till 2 PM: Excellent. Stayed here twice during my five-day trip, and it's definitely a thumbs up. Check-in was super fast, the room was spacious, and all the amenities were great. The front desk even offered a complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. The service is truly outstanding!
