Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent; everything was clean and tidy. Environment: It's only a 1-minute walk from the subway station. However, the closest subway exit (Exit 3) is all stairs. If you need an elevator, you'll have to cross the street to the opposite exit (Exit 4). Service: The service was neither good nor bad, just average. Facilities: The room size is quite small, but enough for one person. However, if your luggage is larger than 20 inches, you might have trouble fitting it in.

Impeccable cleanliness. Room and bathroom were clean and smell neutral. By this i mean no bad smell and no smell of scent that would cover bad smell. Room was small but had every amenitiy you can think of. AC also worked well. Water pressure was strong. The building felt modern and sits well located between many shps and restaurants. Subway is few min away. Staff was friendly. Highlight is their breakfast. You can choose between western and Japanese style buffet. Their Cod Roe was delicious. Freshly ground coffee was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a hotel with very distinct pros and cons. The biggest advantage is its extremely convenient location. The subway station is right downstairs—you don't even need to cross the street—with direct access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata, and more. The service is also on point. The downside is that the rooms are really small with nowhere to open or place a suitcase. It's totally fine for a solo traveler, though.

Room perfectly clean , amenities very nice even had a flat iron for hair in the room. The only issue we had was the parking, if you are lucky you’ll get a parking next to hotel otherwise you’ll get spot 10min by walk . They resolved issue by giving us access to the parking that is close by (public parking ) but double in price .. with access we were able to use parking spot for 24 hours

I've stayed here multiple times. The location is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the subway exit. Adding breakfast is very affordable, and the breakfast itself is plentiful and delicious, with a rotating menu every day. The room is tidy and the bedding is clean.
