This hotel is among the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! Let's start with the fact that we arrived at this hotel on my birthday. Even though there was no line, we waited over 40 minutes to check in (we arrived at the hotel at 5:00 PM). After 40 minutes, the reception staff started checking us in. At first, they couldn't find our paid reservation for a long time, but then they did. I expected the receptionist to see my date of birth in my passport and wish me a happy birthday, but no any words! The staff was inattentive. We arrived at our room, and it was a complete mess. A dirty, smudged mirror, a small table with red stains from some bottles, and so on. The entire room was filthy. Naturally, we went to the reception desk to change rooms. When I arrived, I told the receptionist I wanted to celebrate my birthday in a clean room and asked for a room change. They changed our room, of course, but never said happy birthday. I just wish they'd said, "Happy birthday, Mom." They changed our room for one even worse than the first. The room was just as dirty; there wasn't even a small table in this room. The plumbing was broken. The hotel is in a good location. The staff is poor (inattentive and indifferent). The rooms are dirty. I will never come back here again and I will never recommend this terrible hotel.
