Thank you for the upgrade to the room with a balcony, and I absolutely love the huge bathroom. Thank you for the friendly service staff who answered my every query. Waking up to the quiet of Kandy Lake before the rest of the city wakes was a really peaceful feeling and I really enjoyed just standing on tje balcony soaking in the sights. Loving the wide breakfast spread too, ranging from local fare to continental selection. I was spoilt for choice and my tummy really loved the chicken curry & daal. Thank you.

We didn't have much time in Kandy, and the hotel is located halfway up a hill. After resting, walking to the Temple of the Tooth was a bit tiring on the legs. Overall, the breakfast, dinner, and check-in experience were quite good.

Honestly, it's a pretty standard hotel, but I really liked it because it was comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the balcony overlooked Kandy Lake, offering picturesque views. The rooftop bar had a great promotion on beer, which was a nice bonus! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to everything. Plus, while there aren't many elegant and pleasant neighborhoods in Sri Lanka, this one definitely is!

The location is excellent, right in the city center, by Kandy Lake, 2 km from the bus and train stations, and 900 meters from the city center mall. Ravinu, the guy at the front desk, provided amazing service. I was parched after walking back from dinner, plain water wouldn't cut it. When I got back to the hotel, I asked him for the welcome juice and had two glasses. When checking out, I needed to contact a travel agency, and he used his personal phone to help me make the call.

Nice stay but was disappointed with the reception when our driver’s accommodation was given to somebody else even though we checked in early and I personally ask the reception desk upon my arrival and he said they have vacancy. Otherwise everything else is fine.

On a hill, so you have to climb. They said we could see Kandy Lake, but our room was at the back and only overlooked low-rise buildings. I'd recommend staying at the bottom of the hill for convenience; it's pitch black at night and not lively around here.
