Location is close to metro station. Hotel is surrounded by lots of eateries and it's quite near to a huge supermarket.
Room is fairly quiet. However, for light sleepers, you might be woken up by traffic noise (occasionally, ambulance siren).
Having a washing machine in the room is really convenient for us as we are travelling in Japan for a month. It helps settle our laundry at our convenience.
Room size is big enough for two. Bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is strong and water heater works!

優點：對酒店房見內的設施還是比較滿意，配了很好的洗衣機和冰箱！房間內部很乾凈！生活用品也很全！
酒店位置很不錯，邊上就是便利店，地鐵，還有我喜歡的油麪！離商場也不遠！離新宿jr也不遠！
缺點：房間內部空調對着床頭吹！我老公這邊被吹感冒了！房間裏面很悶，開窗效果也不是很好！窗簾不遮陰！加上悶熱！一晚上醒了多次！早上隔音又很差！小孩的聲音響徹整個走廊！白天真的很困！早餐也是很省略了！這個一千七百多的酒店性價比不是太高！

It’s so disgusting that there was dust and hair on the quilt. We called the front desk and then staff came and checked it. Finally we changed to another room.

The location is ok, a bit far from main shinjuku and they only do housekeeping if you’re staying 7 days or longer. They change towels daily if you ask, but won’t make up room.

整體對標國內亞朵吧，早餐種類很少，基本吃不飽，都是湯湯水水，鹹菜，白米飯啥的，衞生一般，一進去馬桶就有污漬，亮點是有洗衣機，住幾天的話，還是方便的，洗出來的衣服蓬鬆柔軟，床品太差了。被子一股口水味還起球，這個不推薦。沒有潤膚乳，吹風機洗護refa，還不錯。地理位置其實很一般啊。離新宿大站走路要17分鐘！！！

I stayed in a double bed room with small kitchen. Compliemtary drinks of coffee are free to provide every day. The room is quite spacious, but the small kitchen equipment is just barely adequate. Just plates, forks, spoon, small pot, a knife to cut food. No bowls and frying pan. I requested an extra pillow but not provided. It's ok if no bottle water is provided, but the boiling kettle is too small (just 0.6L) to boil water for drinking. Washing machine for washing and drying is a credit! Hair dryer is excellent!
