We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing!
The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent.
Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

•staff was very nice and helpfull, super servise. Amazing people working in the hotel.
•price was too high for this location. Area quite small around swimming pool, no sunset, after 2pm there is no sun anymore at the beach.
•rooms also have smell of mold and you can feel clothes and bed sheets damp.
•prices of glass of wine ane other cocktails was also surprising. ~15eur for 125ml of wine... for this amount of wine it is cheaper in Europe and even Dubai.
To conclude the place too much expensive compared to other places in the world for this price.

I have been to Koh Phangan about 20 times. I think this resort is the best hotel in Koh Phangan. The amenities, hospitality, food, and friendly staff are truly amazing. Non, one of the staff members, was very accommodating to us. I would recommend any family or couple that doesn't like to party to stay at this resort. But if you are a partygoer, you would be better off staying at Haad Rin or Ban Thai.

Positives: The hotel is located on a great beach, the service is good, and the food is okay. The rooms (pool villa) smell like a damp basement. You can see the mold in places. We changed villas several times until we found a tolerable condition. We were glad to be able to go home! The price/performance ratio doesn't match. We spoke with several guests who shared this assessment.

Everything is at a high level. I would especially like to note the cleanliness of the staff uniform! It is clear that this (and not only this) is being monitored. As always, great bed, linen, etc.) Of the minuses, I would note the excessively high humidity in the room and the lack of a dehumidification mode for the air conditioner.
