Nature Resort

Overall, I felt this hotel offered great value for money! The greenery around the hotel is fantastic, making you feel like you're truly living in nature. I expected a lot of mosquitoes and bugs, but surprisingly there were very few. The room environment was also top-notch, comparable to hotels costing 200-300 yuan in China. It was very clean overall, and at this price point, I'd say it's the best you can get. Go for it!

The environment here is great, perfect for a vacation. Since it's the off-season, the cost isn't high, and it's very quiet, unlike staying in town where it can be noisy with people singing and playing mahjong. It's super relaxing to take an evening stroll around the grounds after dinner. This place is great for families with small children or anyone looking to unwind.

This villa has a distinctive Southeast Asian style, with spacious grounds perfect for a jog. The rooms are also large, and they offer a free shuttle service and food delivery. It's very quiet and comfortable, and you can even do your laundry here!

The rooms are considered clean for Semporna, and the front desk service is also great. They offer a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the jetty (reservations required in advance), which is very convenient.

The quality of hotels and B&Bs in Semporna, whether in town or in the suburbs, is not up to par. The sanitation is poor and the facilities are old. I haven't found any good ones yet. Many of them have better outdoor environment than indoor environment.

The hotel's housekeeper was very nice and attentive, always ready to answer any questions I had, which made me feel at ease. He also helped me sign up for a local tour group, which was a great experience and made my stay in Semporna very enjoyable.

It has a very holiday atmosphere, the photos are very good, the area is very large, the family lives very comfortably, we run in the manor every morning and play mahjong in the evening, highly recommended

The environment was terrible, with an insane number of mosquitoes, and the room was unsanitary. There were tiny bugs all over the sheets and pillows. I arrived late on the first day and didn't notice them, but the second night I discovered tiny microorganisms all over the sheets, pillows, and walls. I started having a fever on the third day and was covered in bites. The bathroom was even more disgusting. This was my worst experience booking a hotel on Ctrip.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very heartwarming. We arrived very late that day, almost 10 o'clock. The three of us were starving and the takeaways were all off work. The front desk guy drove us directly to a nearby town to buy food. Because we didn't do any strategy, we just booked a group trip to the sea directly at the hotel to save trouble. As a result, the experience was unexpectedly good. The coach was very responsible and enthusiastic to help us take pictures. When snorkeling, I was exhausted and couldn't swim back. The coach came to rescue me immediately. Hahaha, it really feels simple and not so commercial. We encountered some problems when taking a taxi at the end of the trip. It may be that the boss helped communicate and coordinate throughout the trip. In the end, we got in the car smoothly. I will come here again if there is a chance. By the way, there are not as many mosquitoes as I imagined. After all, this is a small town. You can't compare with the five-star hotels in the city. Considering the geographical environment, price and conditions, it is highly recommended.
