Wonderful mini break with my daughter. The room was beautiful and the lady that manages the hotel was so kind and super helpful

We stayed one night at Unico Relais and were so impressed with our room and its great location. Very private and quiet - even though it is located on Corso Umberto. But the best part was the warm hospitality provided to us by Ms. Mariachiara - the most lovely person. She was in contact with us the day prior to our check in to provide a video of the entrance and how to find the elevator to the 4th floor. Also, how to use the QR code to enter the lobby and our assigned room. We let her know our arrival time and she was there to greet us and helped with my truly oversized suitcase. She provided information about the room, which is modern and nicely appointed, gave us the names and food types for a few restaurants nearby. She had earlier sent the menu for ordering breakfast which is brought to the room in the morning and made sure we had it early as we had an early train. Mariachiara also booked a taxi for us so that we would be picked up right outside the front entrance to the hotel as we needed to be at the train station at 7:30AM. Everything worked out perfectly! We cannot thank her enough! Awesome place and great hospitality!

Great stay Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place.

A surprisingly lovely small hotel within walking distance of the ferry terminal, the Spanish Quarter, and the old town district. The hotel is a 6-room inn that occupies part of the fourth floor of a residential building. It took a bit to find the main door - it is a small doorway on a busy street with no signage. The hotel name is on the apartment doorbell list. When you go through the main door, you enter a courtyard. We were met in the courtyard by the concierge Maria who was very helpful and friendly. The stairway and elevator up to the hotel are not great - peeling paint, older and a bit rickety elevator. But it’s typical of Naples and adds character. Once at the hotel lobby and rooms - wow!! Large. Modern. Clean. Well appointed. Big bathroom. Quiet. Maria provided great suggestions for restaurants, where to go, and directions. Highly recommend for location, great rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

A wonderful check in experience and before that. They were very attentive responsive. Lovely and quiet room. A very enjoyable stay.

We had an exceptional experience at Unico Relais. The hospitality service was top-notch, making us feel truly welcomed. The location was perfect. The room very modern and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the manager Ms Francesca and the receptionist Ms Mariachaira went above and beyond with extraordinary support and guidance that exceeded our expectations. They were in touch with us before our arrival and all the time during our stay which made our stay very confortable and relaxing. Their dedication and warmth made our visit truly memorable. Very spacious, apartment room clean an well fitted out. Could do with black out blinds though!!
