Hampton by Hilton Harbin Zhongyang Street

The deluxe triple rooms are all located at the end of the hallway, quite a distance from the elevator. The air conditioning in the hallway wasn't great, which caused a slight odor in the corridor. The windows in the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors are oddly shaped, which is a bit of a letdown. Everything else was really good, especially the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, and they even changed some dishes during our two-night stay, which was excellent! 👍

The front desk service was excellent, very satisfying. Binbin was warm and attentive. Breakfast was good, and the environment was pleasant.

The hotel is super close to the subway station, about a three or four-minute walk. You can easily take the subway to Central Street, the Ocean Park, and the 731 Unit Museum. Right next to the subway station is a shopping mall with tons of dining options and a pedestrian street. The breakfast spread was fantastic! I especially want to give a shout-out to the lady at the restaurant entrance – she's incredibly warm and friendly, always greeting you from afar.

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns, and this one in Harbin was generally quite disappointing. Location: It's in a popular commercial area, right next to the Heilongjiang Museum. Building: Seems to be an older structure. Front Entrance: Narrow, making it difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Lobby: Decent, no major issues. Service: The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. I don't expect over-the-top enthusiasm, but a basic level of professionalism would be good. Room: The TV resolution was low, and the bed wobbled when I turned over; even stuffing towels under it the next day didn't help. The window was quite small and looked dirty. Bathroom: No smart toilet, and the showerhead was leaking.

This is the best Hampton I've ever stayed at in terms of service, and they have the most extensive breakfast selection.

This Hilton boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Provincial Museum in one direction, and a bustling commercial district in the other, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended. Although it's called the Central Street store, you still need to take the subway to get to Central Street, but it's more affordable than the Hilton located directly on Central Street. The location is truly superb.

The location is excellent, especially being so close to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk staff are warm, attentive, and very patient, answering all questions thoroughly. The breakfast offers a rich variety.

My family told me the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was warm and attentive. They especially loved the laundry facilities, which were top-notch. From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was thoughtful and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance.
