MoYe | Snow Mountain Cliff Hotel (Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge Hotel)

Absolutely incredible stay. I made this trip especially away from the rest of my journey and it was absolutely worth the detour. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms are immaculate and needs no saying how spectacular the settting is. Well done, can't wait to visit again.

This hotel left a deep impression on me for many reasons. First of all, it's location is really convenient if you're an avid hiker and plan to spend time exploring the many hiking routes in the Tiger Leaping Gorge. It is located strategically in the middle of the entire gorge, making it a great base to travel up and down. Depending on your desired comfort level and preferred view, they have a variety of rooms you can choose from. We specifically wanted a room that faced the mountains, and we were not disappointed by the floor to ceiling panoramic bay window provided. The layout of the room is a little strange as a result, however, we simply got used to it. There is a certain charm that made the room cozy, even though we found it small at first. Several other notable services provided by the hotel that we really enjoyed included daily laundry free of charge, a projector show casted onto the mountains outside our window, stargazing at night, generally prompt response time when contacted over WeChat and surprisingly enjoyable food the cafe, the Western Restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. We loved the fries so much we had it everyday; the mushroom hotpot is to die for and grilled chicken was so tender and juicy. Overall, I'd definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend multiple days in the Tiger Leaping Gorge.

Awesome room and view, really worth the price. The staff were very good, left my travel adapter in the room, they msg me immediately and send it over to me. Just that the food and beverages were really steep

A unique cave hotel perched on the edge of the mountain, offering breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience. The stay was incredible, and the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful. Truly a memorable experience! 🏔️✨ The cave room is the best!
