DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah

A very nice and modern hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The only minor issue was a bit of a wait for the shuttle, but this was understandable due to the low number of guests, which resulted in longer intervals between shuttle services. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree! From the moment we arrived, the service and accommodations exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our trip truly relaxing. On top of the already wonderful experience, we were delighted to receive their signature warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in, such a thoughtful and delicious welcome gift that really set the tone for our stay. Everything about our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and comfort. We will definitely be back!

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

Excellent breather, after you are cooped up with hundreds of others with various infections, a short staycation might heal you. Spacious room, clean, very private, good service. Restaurant is nearby, with cafes. The only downside, it’s a bit far from al haram. Otherwise all is excellent.

Just perfect and quite area, everything close to you , the employees are so friendly , especially Amaar Almasaody he helped me a lot and really appreciate it. Also Osama he helped and took care of stuff and my luggages

I enjoyed everything in my stay everything was perfect ,didn’t try the food and the shuttle bus but the staff are very friendly and professional i highly recommend this hotel .

Very good hotel in term of cleaning and stars and value but the only thing annoying is the transportation from hotel to haram … it need to bus to haram as hotel drom you in a location and you have to take another bus which cost you 8 riyal per person
