Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel

Location is top-notch and very convenient. The room we booked was nice and comfortable. The service was particularly good; every employee we encountered after getting out of the Grab, whether at the front desk, in the room, at the ground-floor café, or the rooftop restaurant, was friendly and helpful! Breakfast on the rooftop was very pleasant. Although the choices weren't too many, we enjoyed having pho every day, which was quite unique. I especially want to praise Tom, who was responsible for the noodles or bánh mì; he was very diligent, setting himself apart from the other staff and making breakfast even better!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great, most of the places that we want to go are near . They even provide breakfast and tea time !!!

Came late in the night they upgraded us to the sunshine garden which is in the older of the two buildings. But It is a more spacious room and with a window. That was nice. The taste of the food on the buffet line has also improved since my last visit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast selection offers a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I also enjoyed dinner at Smith’s Restaurant – the food was delicious, and the view from the restaurant made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

The front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction at check-in, and a bellman helped carry our luggage from the ground floor to the lobby. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also provides afternoon tea on the 12th floor, which is even available on the day of check out a thoughtful touch for guests waiting for evening flights. The welcome drink and snacks were lovely and unique. Our reserved room had a clear view of the lively streets outside Bến Thành Market. The bathroom was well-equipped with bath salts, bathrobes and jacuzzi. All drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and although the hair dryer was not a famous brand, it worked extremely well. Breakfast was fairly standard, but they also offered an à la carte menu with various Vietnamese specialties. The hotel’s design and artistic atmosphere are impressive. On the day we checked out, the afternoon tea service even featured a live band performance, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I would love to return and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay.
