Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel

The location is excellent, right next to a convenience store. It's close to Ben Thanh Market, the subway, and a shopping mall. The hotel has access from two different streets and features a rooftop bar. However, I was given a room right next to the elevator, and it was very noisy; the door didn't block any sound at all. Also, my room had no windows. I wasn't too fond of the polished stone walls throughout the hotel.

My overall stay was excellent, exceeding my expectations. I paid extra to upgrade to breakfast, and the hotel also offered free afternoon tea, a cafe, and a swimming pool. The overall environment was beautiful, with unique design and a great atmosphere. The staff were proactive and attentive, with excellent attitudes and quick responses to any issues. The only drawback was that my room was right next to the road, and noise was a significant problem. A street festival was happening, and loud music started blaring from speakers at 6:30 AM. As I'm a light sleeper, I was woken up early and requested a room change the next day. Both the hotel's facilities and service were commendable, but the street noise was a major downside. Light sleepers should definitely try to avoid rooms facing the road. Overall, it's still highly recommended.

The facilities and services are quite good, and the hygiene could be improved a bit, but overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both Saigon Centre and Bui Vien Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't feel any inconvenience! The subway entrances were numerous and the station was close by, so I think it will become even more convenient once more subway lines are added. The front desk staff were also kind and polite. You get a welcome drink when you check in. However, the fact that there was only one elevator might be a slight drawback... The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! It was a lifesaver to have a bathtub (great for warming up after the pool).
