Hotel Indigo NANJING GARDEN EXPO by IHG

The front desk service was excellent, special thanks to Mate for the great room and excellent food.

The hygiene is good, and the environment is nice, right inside the Expo Park. It's an industrial-style hotel with a cool design, very quiet. The only minor issues were a slight noise from the AC at night, a small restaurant, and a limited number of machines in the gym. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The environment here is fantastic, nestled within the beautiful scenery of the Garden Expo Park. The hotel's diverse breakfast and swimming pool made for a very enjoyable time for the kids.

The room arrangement was excellent, and Pony, the front desk staff, was very enthusiastic.

Returning to the Indigo Garden Expo after five years, the hotel shows some signs of age, but it's clearly well-maintained. All the charming mining-themed design touches I remembered from before are still there. The key highlight, though, is the incredibly enthusiastic team, especially Lia from the front office – she's warm, kind, beautiful, and highly capable. She really took me back to my own days working in the hotel industry. Thank you.

Kid-friendly! The room environment, front desk, and restaurant service were all excellent! They even gave us complimentary cable car and Nature Park tickets. They upgraded our room for free. The hotel's greenery and landscaping are also beautiful. The free shuttle bus is convenient for those without a car. They thoughtfully informed us about the park activities during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's definitely a place we'd bring our kids to stay and play again!

Came here with my little one. Ingdi Hotel offers excellent service; they had the crib and all the baby essentials ready for us in advance, which saved us a lot of hassle. We took the mini-train and cable car in the park, and it was a new experience for my baby who kept staring out the window – the scenery was indeed lovely. We also explored the Nature Exploration Park; it has some interactive exhibits that kept the little one engaged, and adults won't get bored either. Overall, neither the adults nor the kids got too tired, and we had a great time. If you're visiting the Garden Expo with kids, this hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Overall, it's not bad, but off-season, this place is probably worth at most three hundred [currency unit]. As a resort hotel, there's not much to explore, and there's only one restaurant with no other dining options. The only good thing is that all the staff provide excellent service.
