Hotel Indigo NANJING GARDEN EXPO by IHG

Kid-friendly! The room environment, front desk, and restaurant service were all excellent! They even gave us complimentary cable car and Nature Park tickets. They upgraded our room for free. The hotel's greenery and landscaping are also beautiful. The free shuttle bus is convenient for those without a car. They thoughtfully informed us about the park activities during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's definitely a place we'd bring our kids to stay and play again!

Came here with my little one. Ingdi Hotel offers excellent service; they had the crib and all the baby essentials ready for us in advance, which saved us a lot of hassle. We took the mini-train and cable car in the park, and it was a new experience for my baby who kept staring out the window – the scenery was indeed lovely. We also explored the Nature Exploration Park; it has some interactive exhibits that kept the little one engaged, and adults won't get bored either. Overall, neither the adults nor the kids got too tired, and we had a great time. If you're visiting the Garden Expo with kids, this hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Overall, it's not bad, but off-season, this place is probably worth at most three hundred [currency unit]. As a resort hotel, there's not much to explore, and there's only one restaurant with no other dining options. The only good thing is that all the staff provide excellent service.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway with friends and our kids at Indigo, located inside the Garden Expo Park. It was a really great experience. It's very car-friendly; you can drive directly into the Garden Expo Park. The hotel also provided complimentary cable car and adventure park tickets, along with a shuttle service to the station to start our tour. Room facilities are well-maintained, and we had a great view of the cable car from our balcony. The bathtub was huge, and the 2-meter king-size bed was super comfortable. The staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Came back to visit after two years, and it was still pretty good. Just a small suggestion: the black gold burger patty could be a bit thinner and juicier/more flavorful.

Let me start by praising MATT at the hotel front desk – his service was absolutely five-star, attentive and thoughtful. He handled our check-in meticulously, proactively anticipating our needs throughout, and responded promptly and with great detail, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service from excellent staff like him truly adds so much to the experience, highly recommended! The Nanjing Garden Expo Park itself has stunning scenery, a secret garden transformed from an old quarry, creating a truly atmospheric vibe. We spent two days there, riding the cable car and miniature train, visiting the Natural Park, Vanguard Bookstore, and Hug Land, and had a lovely meal at Yichi Garden. It was so much fun! The overall experience at Hotel Indigo exceeded our expectations. The hotel takes a refined, boutique approach, with fewer tourists, making it exceptionally quiet and perfect for a relaxing escape. The indoor pool environment is fantastic, with clean water and a wonderful ambiance. There are also two outdoor hot spring pools, which were lovely and cool in the evening – soaking in them while gazing at the mountain views was incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection isn't overwhelming but everything is exquisite, and the window seats offer direct views of the valley, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat.

Exceeded my expectations! The front desk upgraded our room. The pool and hot springs were very clean, and Coach Liu Yitao's swimming experience class was fantastic. He even helped my son with showering and changing clothes, considering I was traveling alone with him, which was incredibly kind and attentive! Sister Meng Lili from housekeeping proactively asked about our service needs; I ran into her multiple times, and she was very responsible and enthusiastic! My child had a great time! I forgot to take photos, so here's one of the hotel's koi fish – they're quite intelligent and follow people around.

The front desk service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk upgraded our room type and even gave us complimentary welcome fruit. The in-room amenities were high quality, including a Dyson hairdryer. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite ordinary, probably the worst we've had at an Indigo hotel. I'm not sure if it was because it was crowded, but the freshly squeezed juice definitely tasted watered down. The restaurant service was also practically non-existent.
