Near to Kaaba and very satisfied with the room. Even didn’t booked kaaba view, the city view was amazing. The breakfast menu were same everyday but after all the services was so good. Will try to book it again for another journey

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and requested an early check-in. The reception team warmly welcomed us and explained that our room was not yet ready. They kindly offered to store our luggage so we could head to perform our Umrah without any hassle. When we returned, it was still a little before check-in time. Since our reserved room was still being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with another room where we could relax and rest until our room was ready. Right on time, they moved us into our reserved room, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. A special thank you to the reception and reservations teams for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. This level of service made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant stay at Swissôtel Makkah. So far everything has been good – the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and the location is very convenient for visiting Masjid al-Haram. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The facilities and amenities are actually good, but the offer of the room type does not actually mathces the description and picture associated. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe

I booked this hotel for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. The view was awesome!! The receptionist very helpful but one thing that i can recommend is to upgrade breakfast menu seems like nothing much to eat and all same.
