The hotel has only good side and it is it's location, it doesn't have much of a good staff member, all staffs more or less seems rude. Gave us back alley view rooms even though the front room were available.

A bit pricey with this standard of hotel.

Toilet bed and toiletries are superb, spacious rooms 👌, nice breakfast, nice view easy check in easy check out..second time stay here..parking a bit narrow, careful with huge car..

Due to the impending flood around KL, I tried to get a refund from the hotel, but was rejected. Unlike the hotel in Melaka who totally empathize with my situation and gave me a three month credit period, hotel verdant hill did nothing of such.
Would not be returning to this hotel and give my business to someone else.
