The room facilities are excellent, and I particularly loved the complimentary lip balm – it's far better than certain well-known brands. Housekeeping offers turn-down service, though water in the room is only refilled during this evening service. Breakfast is fantastic, with a live singer in the restaurant. It's a semi-buffet with à la carte options, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, even recommending breakfast dishes. There are always taxis waiting right outside the hotel, so there's no need to pre-book ride-hailing services. The concierge at the entrance has a funny guy who can change his voice, and he always makes my kids laugh whenever we see him.

The scenery is incredibly photogenic. The guest relations service was thoughtful and attentive, communication was smooth, and all our needs were properly met. The entire trip experience was excellent, I didn't hesitate to give a full five-star review!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel environment is nice, but breakfast service is slow and the waiter's memory is a bit iffy. During our three-night stay, only the last breakfast did the waiter bring the correct drinks (after double-checking with us). The room had a small balcony, which was nice, but it was a small attic room with an angled corner.

Second stay. The facilities and food quality were as good as ever. However, the service level was slightly lower compared to my first stay two years ago.
