The hotel is new and clean (which is very important). There's a convenient common area for working and dining (kettle, rice cooker, grill, all utensils). Breakfasts are à la carte (get the Japanese style with fish) and there's a small buffet line; everything is sufficient. The location is absolutely fantastic, couldn't be better. The only downside is the room size, but there are no functional issues with the room or its organization (only the area, but that's not the main thing). Thanks for the excellent service to the staff! Especially the reception!

This time, I came to Tokyo with my daughter for a city walk, exploring all the anime merchandise stores she loves. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite PARCO, and there are many small restaurants nearby. Although the room is a bit small, it was perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hygiene was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although small, the layout was incredibly well-designed. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls and trendy stores nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The Don Quijote nearby is open 24/7, which is a huge plus. This place is especially perfect for anyone who loves to shop.

The rooms have multi-format power outlets. It's just a few minutes' walk to Shibuya Crossing, close to Shibuya Station, and right next to plenty of shopping and dining options. There's also a common area called CONNECT, perfect for working or meeting people.

This hotel is super! The location is right in the city center, with everything (bars, shops) within walking distance. There's a great breakfast spot called "Flipper's" nearby that opens at 9 AM. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the subway. In the evenings, the hotel gives out candies and holds giveaways for social media followers. You can also buy cool Yukatas there (highly recommended) 💙

LocationThe location is excellentright next to ShibuyaI personally tested itand on my first visitit only took 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Shibuya Skyprovided you don't get lost. It's also the best value hotel in the areaTurning left with your back to the hotel, you'll find a FamilyMart convenience store and TGI FridaysetcTurning rightyou'll find a bunch of izakayas and Saizeriya restaurantsmaking it very convenient for late-night diningI highly recommend that first-time travelers, even if theyre tired at night, take a stroll around the areait will definitely be a memorable evening CleanlinessThehotel is very newYou can see thatthedesignhas been very thoughtful. For examplethereare very sturdy hooks on two wallsperfectfor hanging backpacks or shopping items without takingup floorspace Thedecoris alsovery innovativeabandoning the traditional minimalist Japanese style and adding many fun stickers andmurals that are quite memorableThe beddingwasvery cleanit rained duringour staybut the bedding didn't feel damp at allwhich is very important as it affects your sleepIts clear the hotel is very thorough in its cleaning Service: The above two points are based on my most honest review.HoweverI'm slightly confused about this aspect Check-in time was 7:00 PM, and the platform showed check-out time as before 11:00 AM the next day (this is based on the platform's display). However, the hotel staff were already urging us to check out at 7:30 AM, and their attitude wasn't very friendly. If it was due to the check-out time or other issues, they should have communicated the specific situation to us first. We could have responded in any way, even offering to reimburse the difference, instead of being so rude. The hotel staff's urging.I always check the room before checking out, a meticulous habit I've maintained to avoid causing trouble for either party. However, because the hotel was rushing me, I was in a hurry to check out and didn't thoroughly check the room. This resulted in me leaving my bag of toiletries (containing seven bottles of shampoo and shaving foam) and emergency medication in the room. I wouldn't mind the small price difference, but the total cost of these items was nearly $200, which is not a small amount. The key issue was that the emergency medication, which I must take before every flight. Luckily, I had some left in my bag. I'm absolutely certain I left it at the hotel because my belongings were with me before I left for San Francisco, and they weren't even there when I checked my suitcase after returning. I only realized it was missing afterward. I waited in the lobby for an hour for a ride. If the room had been cleaned then, should have seen the bag of items, and everything inside was brand new and wouldn't have been treated as trash. But the hotel didn't tell me. I even tried asking the hotel to call a taxi while I waited outside, but the front desk staff said they couldn't get one In summary, the location, value for money, and decor are like a paradise. However, the service was inconsistent and gave off a "take it or leave it" attitude, which is unacceptable, especially for foreign guests, as most visitors are international travelers. The hotel should be more tolerant; they can't discriminate just because someone doesn't speak Japanese, especially in a country like Japan with its top-notch service industry. I hope this was just a matter of poor service and time management on the day of my departure. Other travelers, even if they're short on time, should always check their belongings before leaving. My personal experience tells me that I would be secretly heartbroken for a year because of this. It wasn't that the items were particularly valuable, but rather that I had gone to great lengths to acquire them. Life goes on. To the travelers reading this article, I hope you have a dreamlike trip to Tokyo, and that hotels could strengthen their training programs; this would be a tremendous asset to the industry.

A welcome snacks prepared by hotel staff in the room has warmed my heart. Besides that, umbrella are also prepared for rainy days which is a thoughtful idea for guest who didn’t bring umbrella.

The room, while small, is extremely functional and perfectly adequate. However, the hotel is located in a busy area, so it might be noisy until late at night. Light sleepers should be cautious when choosing this hotel. The hotel also features a gym, a common area, and facilities for preparing food. Completing mini-games even earns you a free drink.

Extremely convenient location! It takes less than 10 seconds to get to Parco, Humanmade, and LELABO from downstairs. Don Quijote is open 24 hours and just a few minutes' walk away. Omotesando is also reachable within a 10-15 minute walk. The SG Club, a highly-ranked cocktail bar, is also within walking distance. The room is small, but there's still enough space to open and unpack luggage. On the second floor, there's a shared space where you can bring food and drinks, as well as a coin-operated laundry room. I also booked a car to Haneda Airport through Ctrip for just over 300 yuan, which was very convenient.
