The lady at the front desk was excellent, very professional in her service. The environment was also great. My room's air conditioning was broken, so she upgraded me to a better room. Special thanks to her!

This hotel is a hidden gem with an endless beach. After passing the basketball court, you're greeted with extraordinary sea views. For the price, especially in Haitang Bay, the value for money is exceptional. The front desk staff's service was truly 5-star; they greeted us warmly upon arrival and offered tea. Check-in was quick, and everything was explained clearly. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was great, with timely refills and a wide variety. I had an excellent impression and will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit the duty-free shop.

This hotel is part of the China Energy Group's staff sanatorium and resort, but it's also open to the public at a relatively affordable price. It's located right next to the Renaissance Hotel, sharing the same coastline. The entire resort is huge, with a great environment – quiet and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, and the 1.2-meter bed is also quite small. Everything else is pretty good.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food, which was convenient for late arrivals. The service was incredibly friendly and warm.

The hotel rooms are quite large with a large balcony. Many rooms are one-bedroom or two-living room layouts. They are equipped with an induction cooker, a small refrigerator, and a washing machine, making them suitable for family trips. The beach is within walking distance, and the Renaissance Hotel is next door. The beach is connected to the hotel. Standing on the beach and looking south, you can see Atlantis and Haitang Bay Duty-Free Shop. The hotel is very quiet and offers great value for money. The breakfast is average.

The hotel is located in Haitang Bay, National Coast. The rooms are good value for money. The service awareness of the hotel front desk is good. The lobby assistant manager Xiaolin is thoughtful. The overall feeling is good. The hotel has an independent swimming pool and the environment is also good, clean and tidy. It is mainly suites, which is more suitable for a family to stay in. It would be more convenient to drive by yourself.

The hotel management and service are very good. On the day of check-in, the housekeeper Dandan was waiting in advance at the drop-off area to greet us. The service attitude was very good from check-in to room delivery. The room arrangement was satisfactory. There was a washing machine, which was very convenient for a long stay. The restaurant was downstairs. The dining time was 07:00-10:00. Chinese buffet breakfast and Chinese dinner could be ordered, mainly Hainan and Shandong cuisine. There were also many restaurants 1.5 kilometers away from the hotel, which tasted good and were not expensive. It was a 10-minute drive to Sanya International Duty Free Shop, and it was very close to Yat's Aquarium and Water World. There were also scenic spots such as Wuzhizhou Island, Luhuitou, and Binlang Valley nearby, which was suitable for bringing family and children to play.
