Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel has such a great vibe, and there's a fantastic selection of hot spring pools with excellent water quality – we felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The guest rooms are high quality with great attention to detail, and the service was gentle and attentive. It's a complete package, with everything you need for dining, accommodation, and soaking, making for a truly immersive vacation experience. We were a bit disappointed we couldn't enjoy the large lawn due to the rain, but we'll definitely be back!

Great location with convenient transportation! Plenty of food options nearby. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and the service is warm and attentive! It was a bit crowded during the summer holidays, but the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained!

First, the cons: The rooms in the main building, also known as Building 1, are incredibly old. For a 20-year-old hotel, even with renovations, it still feels very dated and run-down. The attractive photos online must have been heavily edited. I only took a picture of the elevator area in Building 1; you can imagine the state of the rooms. Building 2 is only marginally better, and I mean just slightly. Of course, if it were just old, I could probably tolerate it, but there's a more significant issue: it's dirty. There's a large, very old painting above the headboard. If I'm not mistaken, there was a dried booger smeared on the painting very close to the headboard. This is something that could easily have been cleaned by housekeeping if they had been diligent, but it clearly wasn't, as it sat there, silently accompanying us all night. I was too disgusted to take a photo. The hotel was so dilapidated that I lost all desire to photograph anything. Now for the pros: The pool and hot springs are definitely its strong points. And one more thing, the service. Despite the run-down facilities, the staff were all quite good, especially Ms. Guanjia Ying, the assistant lobby manager. She was not only beautiful and kind but also very efficient. I'm very grateful to her. Summary: If you have absolutely no expectations for the room and just want to bring your kids to play in the water, then come here. However, if you have even the slightest standards for the room or cleanliness, then think twice.

I brought my mom, sister, and nephew to the Sansheng Hot Spring Hotel this time, and it was their first visit. Both the front desk staff and the concierge were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out in the lobby – a definite thumbs-up! The kids happily splashed around and enjoyed the hot springs. The long water slides were a delightful surprise for them, like a journey of discovery. They also loved playing on the water attractions in the kids' pool again and again. Everyone said they want to come back here next time. All in all, it was a great experience.

Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory. The food and drinks at the buffet were a bit less impressive than before, and there were small oversights in the room cleaning, like a used toothpaste tube left behind. I understand it was Chinese Valentine's Day and the hotel was busy, but having bloggers filming in the dining area meant you could easily end up in their shots, which I hope the hotel can manage better.

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

Overall, my experience was great! The pools, especially the indoor one, were fantastic and we had a lot of fun. The ping pong facilities were also good. Breakfast was a bit crowded but offered a good variety of options.

The room was very clean. The water park is huge, and the lazy river and hot springs are all in the same area.
