Heh, when we first arrived, the staff were indeed very enthusiastic. I even heard them asking if we were Korean, as they seemed to assume we were. We said no, we are Chinese, and showed them our passports. After that, their attitude completely changed and they weren't as warm anymore. Then they assigned us room number 731. Heh, absolutely disgusting! They totally did it on purpose! Anyone who has studied history knows what this number signifies, right? Just as people on RED (Xiaohongshu) said, this hotel deliberately assigns room 731 to Chinese guests just to disgust us....

This hotel is absolutely THE BEST hotel for all our 4 visits to Japan! The service is absolutely impeccable! Every day the room was cleaned and all the towels were also changed on a daily basis. Once every 3 days they change the lingerie. All the services provided are clearly written, the staff can speak English. All receptionists are very friendly and eager to help. The hotel provides two types of luggage delivery that is very convenient to travel to other places hands free. It’s definitely worth visiting Osaka to try this unforgettable experience-living in this hotel!

Overall, I was quite satisfied! The location is fantastic—as soon as you exit the west exit of the JR station, you're right at the Green Grand mall. Head up, and the hotel is located right opposite the North Building. I especially loved the showerhead; the water pressure was strong and really washed away a whole day's fatigue! The duvet and pillow options also suited me well. The only complaint is that the hotel Wi-Fi was way too slow. I'm not sure if it was a signal issue or something else, but sometimes it wouldn't even connect!

The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to JR Osaka Umeda Station. However, the disposable slippers were thinner than paper, and there were no children's slippers. The room was small, and the hotel is close to the road, making it a bit noisy. The breakfast was extremely monotonous; staying for 5 nights, there was absolutely no change. Amazing!! I stay here every time I come to Osaka! It's super convenient for getting to and from the airport using the airport limousine bus. Affordable prices, spacious rooms, and a great location for getting around! On my last day, I was too exhausted from shopping to check out early, so I extended my stay by 3 hours for only 4,000 yen—such a great deal!
