I booked a Deluxe Twin Room in advance. Here are some positive reviews:
1. The 5th floor has a professional washer-dryer (two separate machines for washing and drying). You can put your clothes in the machine, leave a note, and staff will deliver the dried clothes to your room door – very thoughtful.
