Book and Bed Tokyo Shinjuku

Pros: the location is amazing, in the heart of Shinjuku, clean, beautiful, silence to rest. Cons: staff is not very flexible. I had to organise my bag outside of the hostel (at the street) on the check-out. I had left the room already and asked if could seat at the coffee area just to finish packing for 10 min. She said "no" and that I could pay 550 if I wanted to do that (as a late check-out, which was not the case). Never saw that in my life before as the room was cleared out on time.

Its super cool design but just too many people and bit chaotic since its also a cafe. The Japanese staff is super friendly

The location of this place is excellent and having an elevator is a big plus, especially if you have heavy luggage. However, the facilities were disappointing. The screws on the upper bunk railing were loose and felt very dangerous. Furthermore, the front desk staff were quite unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, they ignored my request and kept focusing on their own tasks instead of helping me. I hope the management takes these safety and service issues seriously.

What is provided is almost bare minimum. It’s alright considering the price range. No issue with the capsule, just a bit of a problem with the restroom.
