第二次入住，訂的1米5雙人床房間，兩大一小有點擠，房間空間有限，大箱子衹能打開一半。地理位置優越，旁邊有商場，多個葯粧店，對面有便利店，離田園町地鐵站400米左右，出行方便。

Good Location Hotel. Reasonable bedroom size. Shower/bath area maybe a little small.
Free coffee at hotel lobby. Level 2 with vending machine, hot and cold water dispenser and sitting area.
Friendly staffs.
Near:-
1. short walking distance to Tawaramachi (Tokyo) station (G18 jiust across the hotel) where I can take a train to Ueno Station (G16), the gateway to Keisei-Ueno for Skliner to Narita Terminal 1 to 3 in just under 1 hour travel.
2. foods / shoppings (Uniqlo/GU/Don Quijote/many others good foods.)

The location was very convenient — close to the A1 exit of the Tsukuba Express, with a 24-hour Seiyu grocery nearby, and lots of restaurants and shops just behind the hotel. It’s also very close to Asakusa Temple. The rooms are typical in size for Tokyo, but the hotel offers a nice common area on the second floor where you can get ice, water, use the vending machine and microwave, or sit and relax. There’s also a laundry room on the 13th floor (though sadly, there are only two machines). Overall, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Tokyo!
