Very spacious room for a family of 3. It’s also very clean and tidy. Appreciate the welcome drinks as well. Recommended

Location is super convenient, within walking distance of Tokyo station and therefore easy to travel around by public transport. Plenty of food options around. Rooms are ok. The highlight is the lounge on the second floor, with freeflow snacks and drinks. We find ourselves there every night just to wind down from a full day of sightseeing.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. They gave us a connecting room as a family if 5. We can’t do an early check in, but when we return our luggage has been sent to our room. Very convenient location as it’s a short walk to the Tokyo Station. You won’t regret choosing this hotel.

Walked 7 mins from Tokyo Station Yaesu Central exit, it’s a straight road down, convenient if you are using Tokyo Station as a base point to travel around Room size is small but functional The lounge area available between 1-10pm with self dispense beverage and sake with snacks are a plus point!

Our stay at Karaksa hotel was excellent. From Tokyo rail station its only a 12min walk and easily accessible from the Yaesu Central exit of the station. When you come out of the exit, it's diagonally left across the road and about 400m away.Found Google maps a bit complicating to locate the hotel. The room was reasonably big and all the facilities were tip top. The staff service was good and the breakfast room was accessible the whole day for for tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Great hotel. Convenient location to travel around Tokyo and close to Tokyo station from travel outside Tokyo ie Kyoto , Hiroshima etc. Free water bottles provided daily and snack bar.

Walking distance from Tokyo Station and easy to navigate using google maps. Plenty of restaurants in Tokyo Station but better to book first. Hotel staffs are friendly and speaks English. Pleasant stay at this hotel.
