Walked 7 mins from Tokyo Station Yaesu Central exit, it’s a straight road down, convenient if you are using Tokyo Station as a base point to travel around
Room size is small but functional
The lounge area available between 1-10pm with self dispense beverage and sake with snacks are a plus point!

the location was good, there are underground tunnels straight to Tokyo station. Room size is ok, two convenient shops nearby, a Lawson downstairs and a Lawson natural across the street. if there could be bigger supermarkets nearby then it would be perfect. Luggage storage felt safe, they give you little tags.

Great little hotel in an awesome location. The rooms were very clean and reception staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast options changed daily and my children looked forward to coming back in the evenings to enjoy their 'happy hour' of complimentary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Tokyo Station. However, I found the value for money quite disappointing during my stay. The lobby is small, the rooms are average, and the interior decor is nothing to write home about. Service was practically non-existent. I definitely won't be staying here again, and I'm genuinely puzzled by this hotel's ranking.
