GENTING APARTMENT

The self check-in was very convenient, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and cozy—just perfect for a vacation. Everything was fully equipped, even pots, pans, and tableware! After checking in, the staff added us to a WeChat group, where communication and response times were super fast. Opening the balcony door leads straight to Genting's beginner ski slope—it's a ski lover's dream room! I brought my puppy along to see the autumn scenery this time; the beginner slope is still a grassy meadow, huge and completely empty, so my puppy had an absolute blast running around freely~~

The room was very clean, quiet, and had a great view. I've chosen this hotel twice now, and it's definitely worth the money! Parking was ample, and the area is great for hiking too.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean, not a speck of dust in the corners, and the bedding was neat. Environment: The location is easy to find, the surroundings are quiet and not noisy, and the view is also very good. Service: The staff were very responsive, enthusiastic, and not overly intrusive. The room has kitchenware and a stove, as well as a washer-dryer combo.

Beautiful scenery and pleasant environment. The air conditioning in the room was adjustable and kept it very warm. The view from the terrace was fantastic, I loved it. Communication was smooth and check-in was convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Super liked it!

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very clean, and close to Thaiwoo Ski Town. Service: Excellent.

This time, I stayed at this apartment for my trip to Chongli, and the overall experience was great. The hotel is located near Genting Hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The surrounding scenery is expansive, and the air in the mountains is exceptionally good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was quite good. There's a significant temperature difference between day and night in the mountains, but the room heating was powerful, so it was very warm at night. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the service was enthusiastic. Parking was also convenient, making it very hassle-free for those driving. This place is perfect for a vacation in Chongli, and I'll choose it again next time I visit.

Very good. We only stayed for one night. There was a slight issue with the pool, but the butler came to fix it late at night. The service was excellent, and the accommodation was clean. It was very good value for money.

The room was really quiet. It was the end of summer, and we rushed to Chongli. The room facilities were all very complete. Waking up in the morning, the scenery and air were both great. I just wonder if it's because the location is so remote that it's truly this peaceful. Buying food wasn't very convenient, and when I got hungry in the middle of the night, I didn't know where to find anything to eat.

The room slightly exceeded my expectations. While there isn't much in terms of service, that's typical for a family homestay, and it's actually quite nice to have no one bothering you, with self check-in and check-out. The view outside the room is beautiful and can be enjoyed right from the small balcony, which was definitely worth it. The room facilities were pretty standard and generally satisfactory. I'll definitely come back in the summer; it's quite cool here.
