Thoughtful services such as a laundry room and complimentary 'goodnight' desserts make guests feel very welcome.

Seriously great, my husband insisted I leave a good review. The room was comfortable and elegant, very clean, and the service was attentive. The sleeping environment was also quiet! We walked along the river to Yingtians Gate, enjoying the street views along the way!

Traveling with my family of three through Central China, I was very particular and thoughtful about choosing our hotels. I wanted both a star-rated experience and a taste of local charm, so I picked three different accommodations for our three stops. In Zhengzhou, I opted for a star-rated hotel. In Kaifeng, I chose a Song Dynasty-style B&B. For Luoyang, I picked 'Xique Luoshen' (Magpie Luoshen) Hotel, which truly embodies local characteristics. This was after a careful comparison with and decision over the 'Zhengsheng Jianguo Hotel' in Zhengzhou. The festive and romantic 'Xique Luoshen' ultimately became the local representative for our Central China trip. The hotel's location is excellent, the room layout is unique, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. The helpful travel tips and makeup recommendations were great, and having someone assist with laundry late at night was a really warm touch. As a hotel showcasing local culture, it truly excels! 😊

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded our room! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all amenities conveniently accessible. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. Yingtian Gate is just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's super easy to get to Xigong Xiaojie. Right across the street, Wanjingxiang is great for souvenirs, and the Yanjiannan restaurant next door serves delicious food!

We were deeply touched by the thoughtful service. They even dried our washed clothes and delivered them to our room, and were always ready to heat up our own snacks. The housekeeping was also excellent; they promptly attended to all our requests, cleaned everything quickly, and always with a smile. The hotel is also conveniently located directly across from a famous local restaurant, which was a huge bonus.

Facilities: All facilities are well-maintained and excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, definitely worth staying. Environment: Great, the room offers a city night view. Service: Both front desk and room service are excellent.

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Luoshen Hotel. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from Yingtiangate, so a walk to see the night view in the evening feels like a post-dinner stroll. Right across the street, you'll find famous local Luoyang delicacies. My absolute favorite was the 'Head Pot Beef Soup' paired with their beef pies – absolutely divine! The hotel is also not far from other famous attractions in Luoyang; the furthest, White Horse Temple, was only a 20-minute taxi ride. Now, about the hotel facilities: they have everything you could possibly need, and the quality is reliable. Whatever you can think of, they've got it covered. They've prepared everything a traveler could want. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The separate design of the bathroom and shower room was a huge plus for our family room! The bedding was excellent too, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was also surprisingly good; we couldn't hear any noise from outside or the neighboring rooms at night. The front desk also offers a wide variety of drinks, and I particularly enjoyed their homemade coffee. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful and enthusiastic; they were always happy to help with any requests we had. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will definitely choose Luoshen again! 😄

The lobby, with its new Chinese-style Luoshen theme, is full of ancient charm. Our room was spacious and spotless, featuring a separated wet and dry bathroom and soft, pressure-free bedding, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. The front desk thoughtfully provided a hand-drawn tourist map. Plus, the self-service laundry, free parking, and heartwarming late-night congee showed incredible attention to detail. The breakfast even included authentic Luoyang snacks. Overall, it's excellent value for money!

The hotel's design is really impressive, and it's super clean. It's great for taking photos, I love it! It would be even better if there were some coupons. My only complaint is the price! Plus, there are some great local food options nearby!
