房間實際會比照片上還好看，酒店的衞生嘎嘎乾淨，酒店設施很完善房間的佈局也非常合理，床品非常舒服，酒店的工作人員也非常靠譜，衹要聯繫就會秒回，需要什麼也會馬上送到房間，服務非常非常好。辦理入住非常速度，一點不耽誤時間，退房的時候還有一些小禮品給到小朋友，下次還會選擇住在這裏。

酒店是非常有特色的，裝修風格很高級，工作人員態度非常熱情在寒冷的冬天帶來暖意，值得一提的是位置非常優秀，離松花江邊很近，天鵝城堡，中央大街非常近，房間即使臨街的房間也是雙層窗户很安靜且非常温暖，設施很好房間乾淨衞生！值得五星好評！！

酒店的地理位置優越，交通也很便利，到各個景點非常方便，出行都非常的便利。到酒店可以添加酒店微信會發一些遊玩攻略和出行攻略，工作人員會很耐心的講解，酒店進門就會有工作人員在大堂幫忙接送行李，團隊所有人都非常的熱情且專業。從訂酒店開始到離店，酒店給我的感覺是非常貼心且舒適的，讓我領着父母出行得到了很大的温暖和熱情

非常滿意的一次酒店入住。從酒店位置到內部環境、房間條件再到人員服務都是超預期的好。
位置居中在中央大街、松花江邊索道、紅專街早市，去哪裡都是步行3-5分鐘就能到，玩了兩天全程city walk超級方便！地鐵站也是走2分鐘就到，周邊還有很多名店可逛吃～
房間裏空間很大，佈局合理，衞生也有保障，待的很舒適。唯一有點小遺憾是缺一個全身鏡，哪怕在公區能有一個也好。然後可能因為是老建築，所以隔音會沒有那麼好。但都是小問題，無傷大雅～
因為整個入住最驚喜的就是酒店服務特別貼心，好到完全可以忽略一些小小的不足。從入住會有專人幫忙拿行李直接送到房間，退房也依舊管送行李到車上；每天早上還會有免費的手沖咖啡送到房間，而且不是糊弄的那種，品質很在線。然後入住期間我們有其他需求的時候一個電話響應的也非常及時。 退房時還贈送小禮品等等…在每個細節都做的很好，完全不輸於我之前住的幾千塊的五星級酒店，甚至服務上來説更有温度，體驗感非常好。
來哈爾濱會非常願意推薦朋友來住！下次再來旅遊還會選住這兒噠～
