超級好的！住了三家USJ附近的酒店我覺得這家是最好的😎入住的時候跟小姐姐提要求想要能看樂園的房間，小姐姐用翻譯器跟我説沒有能看全景的，我説沒事兒，入住後發現安排給我的應該是我這個房型能看到最多樂園的房間了，超級感謝❤️❤️❤️入住每人每天送飲品券，可以喝汽足足的可樂，還有巧克力瀑布可以沾棉花糖吃，特別適合退房後喘口氣歇歇或者從樂園玩出來歇歇腳什麼的，酒店正門那個大樓梯非常漂亮，給媽媽和寶寶們拍了很多照片，房間很大，有一個大沙發和一個大茶几，我和我媽並排着吃市區買回來的好吃的非常愜意😌每層樓頭上有製冰機飲水機販賣機和很多一次性餐具，非常貼心！晚上關了燈天花板還有星空頂，這是第二天晚上才發現的🤣浴室有直板夾提供呢！第一次碰到提供直板夾的酒店，姐妹們沖呀！吹風機和淋浴頭也是rafa的，吹風機非常好使，種草！淋浴頭沒感覺出來啥特別，下次來USJ還住這兒

超出我預期的好，除了房間沒有很大之外，幾乎找不出任何缺點，我女兒愛這個房間愛極了，退房的時候都依依不捨，酒店距離環球影城真的非常近，就100米的距離，和園前酒店也就後面一幢建築這樣，地鐵一出來就能看到一家很大的羅森旁邊的大門就是酒店，早餐有一樓和頂樓的sky restaurant都吃過了，都不錯，酒店還備有暖寶寶，天氣冷的時候捏在手裡暖極了，非常推薦

Room was all good. Friendly staffs. Super near to the train station and USJ too. Welcome drink is until 930pm. There's chocolate fountain, warm soup, coffee and juices. Even provided 2 free hotpacks in room

Great hotel with very good location after a long day in USJ. Rather than still continue to fight for space in train after whole day of queuing for rides, you can have a warm bath. Meals choices are various in city walks as well from convenience shops to restaurants

沒想到了選的房間關燈之後竟然是星空頂，優點是確實很好玩，缺點是沒辦法關，一直亮的，但短暫的旅程還是可以接受的
再者距離環球影城很方便，後門出去就是citywalk 一條街，吃喝很多

The location of this hotel is so great! Customer service is good too; with great amenities.
If there are more pillows with different firmness would be good… as we think that the pillows can be better for better quality sleep.
Love the view from our room as we can see USJ. So close that we can see ppl running in at 8.30am 🤭
Love the bathtub and vending machines as well. Downstairs there’s 24hr Lawson too. Super convenient!
The hotel gave us Pyjamas too. So good. Thank u!

第二次入住了，這次訂到的好像海洋主題，小而温馨，娃特別喜歡！
環境：地理位置絕佳！出地鐵就是，樓下有lawson，7-11。穿過Citywalk各種購物店就是樂園，非常便利！
服務：挺好的，熱情有禮。
設施：飲用水可以水龍頭直飲，樓層也有製冰飲水機，還有微波爐，非常方便！
衞生：物品是潔凈的，但是衞生間的味兒可不清新，這是多年日本遊少見的，不知道為什麼。

Great stay at hotel Keihan universal tower. Very convenient to go to USJ and also universal port for ferry to aquarium kaiyukan. Hotel breakfast was good with great variety. While access to sky spa required additional payment, it was relaxing and worth it with either free icecream or beer for the price paid. They also had nice Xmas decorations and welcome gift. My kids enjoyed our stay here though I think the quality of the beds can be improved.
