Hotel Keihan Universal Tower

The hotel location is fantastic! Just a short walk to USJ! The rooms are spacious, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. They provide ReFa showerheads and hair dryers, plus a ReFa straightener—truly well-equipped! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel's location is fantastic, just 50 meters or so from the JR station exit straight to the revolving door. It's right next to a Starbucks and a Lawson convenience store. The Halloween decorations were very thoughtfully done, and the front desk service was excellent—check-in was fast, they spoke English, and they even provided a 3-pin plug adapter. There is a water dispenser on every floor that provides ice water, and the tap water in the room is also safe to drink. The room size is quite decent, featuring a small minibar, an armchair, and a small table. Since we got back too late from Universal Studios at night, we just grabbed a bunch of food from the Lawson downstairs and enjoyed it in the room. This trip was a bit rushed and we only stayed one night for Universal, but we will definitely stay longer next time.

The hotel has a good location and is quite convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness is acceptable, but the soundproofing is average with some noise at night. The facilities are a bit dated, and the hot water takes a while to come out. Overall, it offers moderate value for money and is worth considering for a short-notice or temporary stay.

The location is amazing for visiting USJ. Turn left and walk just over a hundred meters to reach the iconic Universal globe. There are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs—everything you need is within reach. It's super convenient. We overslept and missed breakfast, so we didn't get to try it. But if you're in a rush to get to the theme park, grabbing some onigiri or noodles at the convenience store works great too.

We stayed for three nights. It's very close to USJ, a clean hotel, and we were truly impressed from start to finish. My whole family would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Universal Studios. The amenities were standard and had everything we needed without any issues. Please note that there is an extra charge for the large public bath.
