Great location! The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the lower cable car station to the mountain, which was incredibly convenient. The place is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff kindly helped me with my luggage. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was ok! The girl at the reception was really nice and kind. She provided us a lot of information, especially about the Zhangjiajie national Forest Park

Stayed for 1 night. Extremely helpful family run business. If you have questions about the nearby attractions they are your answer. Clean room, and hot water.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is only about a 3 minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station, just across the road. There are also plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended!

The location couldn’t be better if you’re planning to explore the Tianmen mountain. The reception ladies were sweet and helpful. Allowed me to change in their room before I could check in. The room was clean. The smell in the lobby and in the rooms was awesome (some kind of fragrant air freshener). I wish the bed was softer, but it was ok for a quick trip. Lovely lanes with plenty of food options, massage, etc. 😍

Very nice accommodation. Would love to recommend to any of my friends and families traveling China. A massive alley of food court nearby.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars 🤩✨⭐. Firstly, the location is ideal. 20 mins from the railway station, close to the airport, close to the tienmen mountain cable car, 10 mins walk from the bus station. That's a win if you ask me. Secondly, the place looks exactly like the photos.Clean, very homey and cozy. Thirdly, the service we received from the host was impeccable! She went above and beyond to book our tickets for tours and advised us on the best routes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Can't wait to return next year just to come say hi ♥️🇹🇹

We really liked the hotel! The owner or receptionist (not sure which one was her) was really nice! she helped us with everything, from how we can go one place to another to raincoats, maps, tickets. She literally helped us with everything. The location is really good, only 1-2 minutes walking distance to Tianmen Mountain shuttle bus and cablecar location. Lots of restaurants around, pretty central. It was really quiet, we didn’t have any problem. There is no fridge inside the rooms but we were only going to hotel to sleep, so it wasn’t a problem for us. I highly recommend! 🤍
