I had a luxury room but you don't get more than one standard room. And it old . And it has some mold on the walls.

We had an amazing time in Watujimbar Sanur! The staff was really friendly and helpful from beginning to end. With cozy beds, a powerful hot shower, and a fantastic hot jacuzzi, the accommodation was spacious modern, and immaculate. Since our accommodation was on the fifth level, we had a good view of the cityscape, including distant mountains and the beach. The location was perfect, walkable to many attraction such as the beach and Icon Mall, and the breakfast offered delicious, fresh options. The Pool was refreshing and it's a great size for both swimming and lounging, with plenty of sunbeds. They also have a large parking lot, which is really useful.

Good resort hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and menu changes daily. Entertainment is often available in the evening, especially nice when there’s a thunderstorm. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. In places the hotel is a little bit old and shows some minor ware and tear.

Good breakfast with delicious bacon. The jacuzzi in the room is cool. Near Icon Bali, a 10 minute walk. But I would recommend taking a Grab to go to Icon Bali as you may get sun burn.

If you bring your own cushions, sunshade umbrellas & sunloungers with you this is still a great resort. We have stayed at Sanur Resort several times since it opened 11 years ago however this stay was disappointing. There were no cushions on our balcony chairs & most of the day beds around the pool had no cushions. Which made them unusable. The front reception staff were very grumpy. We did not experience their usual warm, friendly welcome like we have experienced in the past. They appear very unhappy. Everyday we would ask the front reception desk staff for a ticket for the beach beds & every day they would tell us it was fully booked. After pleading with the staff to please give us a ticket, they would reluctantly give us a ticket & every time we went to the beach there was availability. We don't understand why the front reception staff made it so hard? It was stressful. The attendant at the beach is so lovely & friendly. He along with Uncle Conceirge gave the signature happy Sanur Swissbel Watu Jimbar interactions that we remember and have kept us returning many times. This year there was a severe shortage of sunshade umbrellas for the sun loungers near the pool. We were unable to get a sun lounger in the shade by the pool on any day during our stay. The resort urgently needs to invest in more sunshade umbrellas, sunloungers & cushions. I never leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to let other guests know what to expect. I did report our issues to the grumpy front reception staff & they said a Manager would contact me, however the Manager never contacted me during our stay. I feel sad our favourite resort in Sanur has changed.

Nice but aging resort in the middle of Sanur. It's standout feature was the pool area. We stayed in a room on the second floor, the aircon was not the best, the breakfast was good and the staff were super. If you can get it for around $100 AUD a night it is a good mid priced option in Sanur
