⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great choice for exploring the beautiful Zhangjiajie area. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our week-long stay. She helped us plan our activities, secured discounted rates for our itinerary, and gave us excellent advice on which days were best to visit the different mountain attractions. She also guided us on how to get there and the best way to arrange our transportation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Lily was friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Her assistance really made our trip more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Upon checkout, they gifted us with Chinese tea and snacks, so thoughtful of them and it will forever hold good memories to stay at their hotel.  We would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We had a relaxing time in Zhangjiajie which sounds hard to believe considering all the walking and stairs that’s done visiting the main attractions!! 😂😂 When we returned from a full on day sore and tired, we were offered massages (paid services) even late into the night. We were a short walk away from a variety of restaurants and street food which made it so convenient to explore without having to venture off too far from the hotel. The location was close to the airport and a short Didi ride away from the main Railway Station. Our view was stunning to say the least. With the room option we booked we got a personal butler which is what made our experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and seamless. She went above and beyond to arrange our activities, followed up to see when we were landing, upgraded our room for early check in and was always available to answer my few thousand questions at the most random times since making the booking. I booked the hotel in July and since then had been in touch with our butler who started making our arrangements far in advance. Her advice and suggestions with our itinerary made it easy to navigate Zhangjiajie. I thought I knew how to get around watching a few hundred TikTok videos but having a local overlook what I planned and ironing out the details made it that much easier. She was kind always smiling and just a pleasure to deal with. Lillie (our personal butler) you were amazing! Thank you for all your help, patience and suggestions. It truly made our visit in Zhangjiajie a memorable experience.

This state-of-the-art facility provides complimentary laundry service. The best part is that you can monitor the progress of your wash or dry cycle right from your room.

The hotel was super clean, fresh-smelling, and pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The breakfast was just ok- nothing special, but even as a foreigner, I could find something to eat. There was no tea available at breakfast, but when we asked, a member of staff kindly arranged some for us. There were also many restaurants in the area around the hotel, which was very convenient. The only downsides were that we noticed some moths in the room, and the iron was only available on one specific floor in the laundry room. So, whenever we wanted to iron something, we had to go to another floor and hope that nobody else was using it at the time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel—definitely one of my better hotel experiences. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Lily, who gave me lots of useful advice on getting around, places to visit, and things to do during my stay. The room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with a lot of smart technology, which really added to the overall experience. The entire property was clean and quiet, making it a very comfortable place to return to after a day of exploring. My only suggestion would be to make a few improvements to the cardio equipment in the gym. Aside from that minor point, everything was excellent. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this property. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay! The hotel was fantastic, with plenty of great amenities, an excellent location, and outstanding staff. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and overall nice place, not so helful receptionist, only interested in selling you trips. Breakfast was 99% Asian style, no western style produces like in other hotels. Breakfast staff and cleaning staff was very profesional.
