The view from the room was absolutely 100/100! I specifically chose Namba this time because I didn't want to get lost in Umeda. Turns out, if you follow Google's directions to JR Namba Station's Exit 32, you'll find the hotel in a second! Plus, the bus stop for Kansai Airport is right next door. The hotel's location is unbeatable.

Situated right above JR Namba and OCAT bus station. 10mins walk to Dotobori, super convenient, and it’s consider decently sized for Japan city hotel! Supermarket right below too!

The location is excellent; Namba Walk is right downstairs, and the airport limousine bus stop is next door. The room is also quite spacious. If I had to pick one inconvenience, it would be the long queue for check-in at 3 PM, which caused a slight delay, but everything else was fine. The staff were very polite, especially the uncle who helped store luggage.

Hotel is situated close to Namba station exit 30. Room is relatively spacious - can open 2 luggages on floor with ease. It was a pleasant experience, thank you! Take note though that it costs 2000 yen if one asks for late check out (e.g. check out at 12 instead of 11)

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's conveniently located right above the Hanshin Line, making it easy to get to Kobe. You can also take the Yotsubashi Line to Umeda. Shinsaibashi and Takashimaya are within walking distance. The hotel is on a high floor, offering excellent views and a delightful cityscape. I was pleasantly surprised to get a suite upgrade during the National Day holiday. The two toilets are perfect for families with kids, and the room is very spacious, with plenty of room for a stroller and large suitcases. We added breakfast last minute, and there was a great variety of options that our child enjoyed.

When we arrived, the extra bed had already been set up, which was very convenient with a large bed and a smaller one. With all three beds together, there was plenty of space, making it super easy for traveling with kids. They've really thought of everything – a truly excellent hotel. The cleanliness and hygiene were superb, and the surrounding transportation was incredibly convenient. The subway is right outside, along with many small restaurants and various dining and shopping options. On the second day, getting to the airport shuttle was also very close and hassle-free. The natural scenery is beautiful, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
