The location is very convenient. Stayed here for one night with our family. When we first walked in, the hotel had a slightly eerie vibe, maybe because of the atmosphere and the lobby being on the 22nd floor. Our room was on the 25th floor. My son found the room a little too dim at first, but we were able to adjust the lighting. The TV setup wasn’t the best, but it was still okay, and we managed to relax and watch a movie or two. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the view was really nice. Overall, we had a comfortable and restful stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel. We’d be happy to stay again! 😊✨

This is already my 4th time staying here. This time, I was kindly upgraded to a spacious corner room with a night view because there was a vacancy ✨ I was so touched by this unexpected thoughtfulness, which made my stay feel truly special. The night view from the room was amazing, and I was able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace 🌃 I’d like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their warm hospitality. This is a hotel I would definitely love to visit again ♡

I've stayed at several hotels in Osaka, but none compare to this one—it's simply the best! I didn't realize it was the day of the fireworks festival when I went, but I got to watch the fireworks comfortably right from the room. Even though the festival street was a bit of a walk, I was beyond satisfied. From now on, this will be my go-to place whenever I visit.

The location is quite good. There is a passageway on the basement level to the train station, as well as plenty of shops to explore. There's a supermarket on the ground floor right next door where you can buy instant noodles and snacks, and the best part is that tax-free shopping is available. The hotel has a very upscale feel with a vintage European style. Plus, staying on the 30th floor offers a pretty nice view, though you happen to look right across at guests in the building opposite.

Nice location! Very close to Metro and Super market! Room is clean even it's small but it's still good enough. View is significant remarkable, especially from restaurant. Breakfast isn't preferred because it's over priced.

Being on a high floor, the view was second to none. The room was also quite spacious compared to other places, leaving enough room for two people to fully open their luggage. I also felt that the security was great, as you need to tap your room key just to exit the elevator on your floor. Above all, the friendly service was wonderful. Being close to JR Namba Station, it's the ideal location if you're traveling from Kansai Airport by limousine bus.

It was a pity we couldn't see the night view that day, but the accommodation itself has such an amazing night view that it totally made up for it ㅠㅠ Best of all, it rained that day, but since it's directly connected to the station, we didn't get wet at all. Being able to reach the accommodation the moment we arrived at Namba Station was so convenient. The bathroom was clean, and the room was comfortable and great ❤️

Wonderful experience! We were very satisfied with all the hotel facilities, and the staff were extremely friendly. The location is very convenient, with convenience stores and a large supermarket nearby. It's also very easy to get to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi—only about a 10-minute walk. Excellent!
