Botaniq Hotel Boutique

Hotel located adjacent to a very beautiful, undiscovered stretch of beach. Wonderful staff and restaurant offering a very high level of cuisine (classics taken up a level and innovative new dishes) and excellent wine list in a calm sophisticated environment: highly recommend a visit !

We had planned a weekend in Mazarron but after the first night decided to move to Mojacer and thank god we did, we called and booked the room, the boutique hotel is set in a very quiet location, right on the beach, beautiful loungers just for hotel guests with sunshades on the beach, we spent some time there then sat round the pool dipping in and out of the beautiful pool and most comfy loungers, it’s a small place I think 14 rooms each little villas, ours had a huge bath and the bed was 10/10 comfortable, the owner was extremly friendly ordering us a taxi to get to the resturant, the lady who obviously works extremely hard there couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable, it was very peaceful and relaxing, breakfast was lovely, choice of anything you want with stunning views again, we will return, I think people’s comments about the garden are u founded unless someone was there 24/7 sweeping you’re going to get leaves dropping it’s really not a big issue!

We had booked the Parador and read with horror the day before that it was a construction site, and people were complaining on Trip Advisor that they weren't told. We quickly cancelled and found this accommodation the day before. We loved the peace, the location, and it was a lovely setting. You have access to the beach and dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas with NO crowds and a nice pool. In fact, we barely saw another person. The weekend check in person needs more training as we were given the wrong wifi info and safe instructions. They were helpful in offering us the choice of 2 rooms. We chose the one with a partial view as it was much bigger. The cleaning lady and Caroleena were very friendly and helpful. If you want breakfast, not everything on the menu is available and the quality will depend on who is in charge of breakfast that day. Don't expect the outdoor bath to look like the pictures as they are covered with rotting wood covers and I didn't want to find out what was underneath. The grounds also need some attention. We really wanted to get our hands on a whipper snipper. I think they are short on staff as the staff who were there were working really hard. A solid door for the toilet would be appreciated as the Perspex one was a little confronting. A shower curtain would also have been nice. I am glad we have been married for 20 years. We would still recommend staying here as it quiet, comfortable and away from the crowds.

I stayed here for just one night, but it was such a unique and refreshing experience that I’m already looking forward to coming back. The room was clean, modern, and full of charm. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery, tall trees, and cozy wooden cabanas that made the whole space feel like a secluded retreat. I loved being just steps away from the beach, and having a private, shaded area to relax in made it even more special. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and calm. It’s the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. One night wasn’t enough—I would absolutely love to stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Our two-day stay at this stunning Balinese-style hotel right on the shores of the Mediterranean was pure bliss. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, with beautifully designed spaces that radiated charm and tranquility. The on-site restaurant served exquisite Mediterranean cuisine that delighted every sense. Warm, attentive staff made the experience truly unforgettable.

Trees and insects Terrible yard dirt and leaves everywhere , many big trees which resulted in insects and bird droppings everywhere. The pool area was so shady no sun could get in and the walkway between reception and the rooms was wet and muddy

Perfect location. Friendly and efficient service This small hotel is set in a lovely location right on the beach with sea views and a laid back feel. The outdoor bath was a lovely feature. Patricia greeted us warmly and her service was excellent. Breakfast was a la carte with many choices. My only criticism is that we were not given a complimentary bottle Of drinking water in the room which I would expect in a hotel of This calibre.

A hidden gem This boutique hotel is quite special. On the beach, easy parking, wonderful spacious rooms with private patios and outdoor baths (inside too) and charming staff. Vegetation keeps the rooms private. All in all...just lovely.
